1) Manoj Mishra

Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra is currently working with Opal India. He holds a Bachelor's
degree in Chemical engineering from BITS, Pilani and Master's in Business
Administration from South Gujarat University. He has 28 years experience in Energy/Gas
Processing/Oil/Petrochemical sector.
2) Dr. Prakash D. Vaidya
Dr. Prakash D. Vaidya is Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Associate Professor of
Chemical Engineering at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai. He is an
expert in the areas of separation and reaction engineering. He is extensively working in
several industrial and governmental R&D projects related to sustainability. His current
research interests are carbon dioxide capture and utilization, production of alternate fuels
and wastewater treatment.
3) Rajesh Agrawal
Rajesh Agrawal is a technical process leader in Godrej industries Limited, a leading
manufacturer of Oleochemicals and Surfactants. In Godrej Industries, he manages the
manufacturing of range of surfactant products and fatty acids . He is also known as the
Green Champion in Godrej Industries and leads energy efficiency efforts leading to a
greener manufacturing facility.
4) Dr. P.A. Joshi
Dr. P.A. Joshi is Professor of Chemical Engineering and former Dean, Faculty of
Technology, Dharmsinh Desai University, Nadiad (GUJARAT). Presently he is Chairman
of Anchor Institute-Chemical & Petrochemicals (promoted by Industries and Mines
Department, Government of Gujarat) and Acting Director, Shah Schulman Center for
Surface Science & Nanotechnology, DDU.
5) Mr Rangeen Roychoudury
Mr. Rangeen Roychoudury is the Group Head of Mechanical Department of Jacobs
Engineering. He has over 30 years experience in selection, design and engineering of
process equipment like rotating machines, packages, material handling, and static
equipment for domestic and international projects.
6) Dr. Nitin Padhiyar
Dr. Nitin Padhiyar is currently working as assistant professor at Indian Institute of
Technology, Gandhinagar. His current Research areas are Process Optimization and
Control, Multi-objective optimization (MOO), Genetic Algorithms, Dynamic
Optimization, Model Predictive Control (MPC) and MOO based MPC.
7) Shashikant Patange

Shashikant Patange is currently working as the Head of Human Resources, Linde

Engineering India. He is associated with Linde Engineering since past 10 years. He won
Global HR Award Individual category for Performance Management and People
Excellence. He successfully completed Six Sigma Green Belt projects on Reduction in
Hiring cycle and Training Effectiveness of Trainees joining LEI.
8) Manish Khodaskar
Mr. Manish Khodaskar is currently working as DGM-HR, Godrej Industries Ltd.
He has 22 years of experience in the department of Human Resources. He has previously
worked with Adani Power, Voltas, Reliance Retail, etc. He hands experience in designing,
implementation and administration of various HR processes.
