Terms and Conditions

1) Accommodation rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.
2) Accommodation Rates are inclusive of use of Game Room, Swimming Pool, Picnic Huts
3) Flight details, both Arrival and Departure, are requested for Hotel Transfers.
4) Check in time is 2:00pm/ Check out time is 12:00nn. Extension of stay will be subject to space availability.
5) Complimentary accommodation for up to two (2) children 9 years old and below sharing bed with parents or
guardians. However, no additional bed and breakfast will be provided. Additional extra person charge shall
be applied for the third child.
6) No refund for No show.
7) Change of accommodation dates shall be reported and is subject to room availability.
8) A Room List is requested for Hotel record and easier registration upon check in.
9) 50% down payment to confirm reservations is required at least one (1) month before the scheduled date of
arrival and full payment should be made upon check-out. PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Deposits are made under Playa Tropical Resort Hotel and deposit to Banco De Oro with Account No. 5190
0827 93. Fax the deposit slip to Tel No. (077) 7703745.

Allowable Number of Persons in Every Room

1. CASA rooms are maximum of eight (8) adults with extra bed/person charge.
2. ROYAL SUITE rooms are maximum of four (4) adults with extra bed/person charge.
3. PREMIERE and DELUXE rooms are maximum of three (3) adults with extra bed/person charge. OR, cases
of two (2) adult and two (2) children below 10 years old is allowed and subject to considered as paying adult
triple rate.
4. SUPERIOR TWIN rooms are maximum of four (4) adults with extra bed/person charge.

House Rules
 For security reasons, visitors (non-registered persons) are not permitted in the resort grounds, especially in
the guest rooms. The bar and restaurant area are available for receiving visitors. More persons than the
originally booked cannot use the rooms, if more persons are admitted they will be charged accordingly.
  Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons and respect for the non-smoking guests.
 Be advised to keep valuables in the hotel safe (Casas) which is located in your cabinet. Valuables can be
surrendered in the Front Office, if requested. Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you
are sleeping. We have a permanent guard in the resort but he can't see all rooms at the same time. The hotel
will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property.
 Only one (1) Hotel key will be provided. Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest
leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys (each P500) will be charged.
 Cooking equipment including, but not limited to, barbeque grills are not allowed in within the area of the
Resort.
 Bringing in of pets into the resort is strictly prohibited.
 Bringing in of food and beverage into the resort is strictly prohibited. Corkage fee applies.
 Pets are not allowed on the premises.
 All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Vehicles are prohibited from entering the
beachfront.
 The possession and/or detonation of fireworks is prohibited within the resort property. Use of fireworks in
special events or functions should be pre-arranged and warrants approval and permission from the resort
management and shall be subject to resort regulations.
 Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the
hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.
 We do not allow the bringing in and use of videoke unless guests book the entire resort for family or
company outings. And out of courtesy to in house guests and guests in nearby resorts who wish to retire early
and relax, playing of loud music, karaoke/videoke singing, loud noises/games, screaming, and laughing
boisterously are prohibited from 10pm until 9am.
 For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in
the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises. Running and playing in the bar and restaurant area is not
allowed.
 Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any
person for whom they are responsible.
 The use of WIFI in the restaurant, bar and picnic huts area is free of charge for guest only.
 The hotel management welcomes complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the
hotel’s activities.
Additional rules in the use of Infinity Pool, Casa Private Pool and Jacuzzis
 Children below 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
 Use of proper swimming attire is required. Swimming gear made of lycra and spandex materials are
recommended. Cotton and similar fibers tend to clog up the filtration system of the pool and Jacuzzi causing
costly maintenance and consequently renders the facility unusable for extended periods.

Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel
premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the
management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her
- with a three-member committee in attendance - and lock the room or rent the room to another guest.
