Introduction

The Intel Retail Edge Program ("the Program") consists of a product training Program
designed for retail and servicer sales forces, sales people of Original Equipment
Manufacturers using Intel technology (OEM sales people), and consumer sales-focused
Intel Channel Program members.

Eligibility

The program, including the online store (available only in some countries), drawings, and other
special offers or promotions, is open to: sales forces of retailers and servicers that have
informed Intel at the headquarter level that they would like to participate in the Program,
OEM sales people, and consumer sales-focused Intel Channel Program members in Europe,
Middle East and Africa, who are employees of the participating companies, have an active
account with the Program, and are hereafter referred to as "Members." Accounts are limited to
one per person. Accounts are not transferable. Accounts are deactivated after 180 days of
inactivity. Participating Members must ensure they obtain the consent of their employer before
entering. To the extent that this permitted by the relevant rules on conflict of laws the Intel
Retail Edge Program is governed by the laws of England and Wales excluding choice of law
principles.

Members must be 18 years of age to participate in special offers and promotions associated
with the Program. To ensure compliance with this rule, members must select "yes" to the
statement that they are 18 years of age or older during site registration. If "no" is selected,
registration to the site is not permitted.

Members must be employed in one of the following eligible positions: In-store business sales,
PC sales, Software sales, Computer peripherals sales, Computer service, PC training, PC
department management, Online Sales/Call Center, Store management, PC Buyer, and/or
Service Provider Sales and Support.

Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the
same household) of Intel Corporation ("Sponsor"), its respective affiliated companies,
subsidiaries, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEMs), and any others associated with the Program, are not eligible to participate. Members
must meet all eligibility requirements to participate in the rewards portion of the program,
unless excepted above.

Deactivating Companies: Companies may be disqualified from the program due to store
closure or if they become incompatible with the program. Members at deactivated retail chains
will be given a 30-day notice of the deactivation via e-mail. During this 30-day period, the
members can participate in the Program, including account access and participation in the
drawings, Intel Retail Edge Live events (where offered), and the store (where offered.) If they
would like to participate in these promotions, they, like, other members, must be verified. Any
promotional transactions initiated by members of deactivated retail chains AFTER their
deactivation date will be inadmissible. Drawing winners must be active members at the time of
the drawing to win a prize.
Employment Verification

Intel reserves the right to verify member employment to allow participation in the Intel Retail
Edge Program Rewards programs.
Member Accounts
By participating in the Program, each participant affirms that they have read and accept these
official Terms & Conditions.
Accounts are limited to one per person, are non-transferable, and are deactivated after 180

days of inactivity.
Each membership profile includes account activity for the previous year (365 days). Activity
older than 365 days cannot be accessed.
Use of data
Any information you provide, your name, and any photos, voice or video recordings, or
likeness captured at Program-related events will be used for Intels purposes only. Your
information will not be shared with other individuals or companies without your permission.
Intel is not responsible for any false or missing information.
Participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed by Intel in Europe or in
the US during the duration of the Program. Upon finalisation of the monthly Program,
Participants' data will be stored in Europe or in the US and they will be processed to complete
future certification programs. Participants may inform Intel at any time if they wish to leave the
Program or upon termination of the Program by Intel. Intel's privacy statement can be reviewed
at: http://www.intel.com/sites/corporate/privacy.htm.

Active Standing
If a member has earned no points online in the previous 180 days, he or she is considered
inactive and removed from the system. At the time of deactivation, any points accrued and
status level will be cleared, so that a member will have to start a new account if he or she
rejoins the program at a later date. Member requests to be set to inactive standing result in
removal from the system.
Members may refer other eligible salespeople to join the Program. Rewards for referrals are
subject to change. Salespeople who are referred to the Program must join within 30 days for
point earnings. Salespeople who are referred to the Program will be notified of the name and
e-mail address of the referrer.
The Intel Retail Edge Program is not a certification program and completion of elements
contained on this site does not authorize you to make representations on behalf of Intel or its
products.
Any attempt to circumvent these requirements by intentionally falsifying information or by

creating multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

Points
Eligibility
Only members employed by approved retail chains are eligible to participate in point earnings
and redemption for rewards within the Program. OEM sales people and consumer salesfocused Intel Channel Program members are not eligible to participate in point earnings and
redemption for rewards.

Points have no currency value. Points may not be sold, purchased, or bartered. They may only
be used for Program benefits by the person who earned them. Points are void if transferred for
cash or other consideration, except for valid Intel Retail Edge Program transactions.

Points are valid throughout the year as long as members sustain active standing. Points
earned in current Intel Retail Edge Program transactions may not be used for any
subsequent Intel Retail Edge Programs that may be offered by Intel.

Point-earning activities are subject to change without notice.

Intel reserves the right to establish redemption rules and to set the number of Points required
to obtain benefits. Such criteria are subject to change at Intels sole discretion without notice.
The number of Points required to redeem an award shall be that number set by Intel when
Points are redeemed for the award, not when Points are accrued. It is the responsibility of
each member to review the conditions of membership prior to redeeming Points for rewards.

User Conduct

Conduct should be guided by common sense, professional behavior, and basic etiquette, as
well as the Program Terms and Conditions. There will be zero tolerance for illegal behavior in
the Program. Members must also obey rules for use of third-party tools, and rules of interactive
service providers, state, local, federal laws, or foreign or international law where appropriate.
Ignorance of the law is not an exemption.

Members are personally responsible for all communication and activity in the Program,
including any content contributed, including discussions, e-mails, and forums. Members
indemnify and hold harmless Intel, its parent or its subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents
from any liability or damages arising from conduct throughout the Program, including any
content contributed. Sponsor will monitor comments posted to the Web Site and reserves the
right to remove any comments at its sole discretion. Members indemnify and hold harmless
Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and associated agencies from any liability
or damages arising from conduct throughout the Program, including any content contributed.

Violations:

Post, transmit, promote, link to, or distribute content that is illegal

Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another Member or guest that is

unwanted. This means: don't say bad things about other people, don't keep sending
them unwanted messages, don't attack their race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage,
etc. If you disagree with someone, respond to the subject, not the person.

Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or

ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of
personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable.
Hate speech is not tolerated.

Disrupt the flow of forums, events, or other Program activities with vulgar language,
abusiveness, use of excessive shouting [all caps] in an attempt to disturb other users,
"spamming" or flooding [posting repetitive text].

Using site messaging for any purpose which violates this Code of Behaviour.

Impersonate another person, indicate that you are an Intel employee or a

representative of the Intel Retail Edge Program, or attempt to mislead users by
indicating that you represent Intel or any Intel partners or affiliates.

Attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from
a Member or any other user in the Program. Remember: a forum moderator, event
speaker, or Intel employee will NEVER ask for your password. Don't give your
password, reminder words, or employment information out to anyone.

Upload any software

Upload any content that you do not own or have permission to freely distribute.

Promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking, pirating, or

distribution of counterfeit software.

Post messages on the forum or anywhere else sponsored by the Program for any
purpose other than personal communication, including without limitation advertising,
promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or make any commercial use of
the Program.

Improperly make false reports to Intel staff members.

Use or distribute "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs, or other

"cheat utility" software program or applications.

Technical discussions around Intel and other processor manufacturers will be admitted, with
the understanding that genuine discourse happens and is important to maintain a useful
Program. Gratuitous trashing or inflating will be addressed as such. Within other program
activities, a leader or Intel employee will decide on a case-by-case basis how to address
conflict. Optionally, these kinds of statements may be ignored, if not offensive.

If a member does not exhibit businesslike and courteous conduct, their account may be
deactivated and they will be prohibited from participating in the Intel Retail Edge Program. Intel
reserves the right to deactivate accounts and prohibit participation without notice. By
participating in this program, participants understand and agree that all Intel decisions are final.

Online Store
The online store is only available in participating countries.
Eligibility
The online store is governed by the Program Eligibility Requirements. See Eligibility for details.
Additional limitations apply.

Employment Verification
Intel reserves the right to verify employment for any online store transactions. SeeEmployment

store. This information is provided with an e-mail request to RetailEdge.store@motivace.com.

Site Drawings
Prize draws are open only to members 18 years of age or older who are employed by one of
the following retail chains.
Approved Retailers for Prize Drawings, By Country

Entry

During the drawing period you may enter online by logging on to the Intel Retail Edge
Program Web site at https://retailedge.intel.com using your member login and password.
Entry requirements may change per drawing. See drawings for details.

time of entry. The authorised account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail
address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organisation that is
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

Prizes

After verification of the Members eligibility, prizes are delivered to the winners by the local Intel
contacts.
No purchase is necessary. Intel will verify the winners eligibility at the end of the drawing
period. In the instance whereby a Members eligibility can not be verified within fourteen (14)
days, the prize is void and alternative winners will be selected.

Prizes will be delivered thirty (30) days.

Intel cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed e-mail
or Web entry; interrupted connections or miscommunications; or other electronic malfunctions;
or due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Proof of posting/mail dispatch is not
proof of receipt. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant
being excluded from the contest. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts
or promotions.

on Intel's sole discretion.
Intel will not be responsible for any local taxes or social security which might arise as a result
of this promotion, nor for any interest or penalties which might result from non-payment of any
such taxes. Intel is not responsible for any other costs, expenses, fees, duties, taxes, customs,
or duties, which might arise as a result of this promotion.
Intel reserves the right to change the prize specifics. Prizes are not transferable and cash
alternatives will not be available.

Participation instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
Upon finalisation of the prize draw, Members data will be stored in Europe or in the US and
they will be processed to continue operating the Program.

Winning
For each drawing, independent judges will select winners in a random drawing from among all
eligible entries received during the entry period. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential prize
winners by overnight mail, phone, or e-mail approximately 5-7 business days after the Prize
drawing.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the drawing

period.
Conditions

All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with
the entry process or the operation of the drawing, to be acting in violation of the official terms
and conditions, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro,
programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify
any entrant using such methods. Entries void if obtained outside authorized, legitimate
channels or otherwise not in compliance with these official terms and conditions. If, for any
reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which
Sponsor deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the drawing and select the winners from entries received prior to the action
or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor shall post notice of
such action on the Intel Retail Edge Program Web site. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant
to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this game is a
violation of Criminal & Civil Laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right
to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by Law.
