Exams: The exams will be written in the lab times. It is of utmost important that you check your registration and
insure you write each midterm in your registered lab section. Students who fail to do so without prior
consent from me, will not receive credit. You are also expected to use Minitab to answer some questions. The
duration of the exam will be 50 minutes. It is a closed book exam. Non-programmable/non-graphing calculators
and Minitab are allowed in the midterm exams. You will be provided with a sheet of formulas. Test papers will
be returned to you for your future references. If you have to miss any exam, you need to provide a valid
doctor note to be considered for possible makeup exams. Otherwise the missed exam will be zero marks.
Behaving: Any academic misconduct is a serious offence, it will be dealt with promptly and with great severity.
Final Exam: The final exam is common, and is set up by the department. It consists of multiple choice, short and
long answer questions. In the final exam, students are also expected to interpret the Minitab output for solving
questions. Non-programmable/non-graphing calculators are allowed in the final exam. The exam time and location
will be scheduled by the registrar.
