through Banks under Direct Recruitment payment system Release of
Teaching Grant for 3 quarters without including PRC 2015 i.e from June
2015 to Feb 2016 , Release Orders Issued.
Read:-1) Budget requirement proposals received from the DVEOs in the State
from June, 2015, July,2015 & August, 2015 2nd quarter salaries.

Sanction is hereby accorded for release of Teaching Grant for an amount of Rs.
34,99,67,176/- (Rupees Thirty four Crores ninety nine

lakhs sixty seven

thousand one hundred and seventy six only) towards payment salaries for 2nd
quarter ie., from June 2015 to August, 2015, as per their eligibility, during the year
2015 2016 to the Aided staff and re-inducted Aided staff working in Private
Aided Junior Colleges and working in Government Junior Colleges in the State
on redeployment basis..
Details of District-wise allocation are furnished in the Annexure appended to
these proceedings. The budget now released is subject to verification of original records
at the time of audit.
This budget is released for the purpose of utilization and claiming of 3
months salaries from June 2015 to August 2016.

The District Vocational Education Officers in the State are authorized to

countersign the bills duly verifying the eligibility and correctness of the bills claimed
keeping in view of the instructions issued earlier. The Principals of Private Aided Junior
Colleges are hereby instructed to submit the salary bills to the District Vocational
Education Officer concerned duly verifying the eligible amount to be paid as per records.

The Accounts Officer, Office of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall draw the salaries of redeployed staff working in the
Office of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad from the allotted
budget.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall be aware of the fact that certain
teaching and Non Teaching Staff of Private Aided Junior Colleges have been redeployed
to needy places. When such redeployed persons salaries are claimed in the
present working place, attendance certificate and non-drawal certificate shall
be obtained to avoid double claim and payment.
The District Vocational Education Officers concerned in the State are hereby
instructed to obtain acquaintance certificate from the Principals of Government Junior
Colleges / Correspondent of Aided Junior Colleges where grant is allotted, promptly and
submit consolidated budget utilization statement of the District.
The Regional Joint Directors of Intermediate Education concerned are requested
to co-ordinate with the District Vocational Education Officers and the Principals of Aided
Junior Colleges under their jurisdiction and ensure prompt payment of salaries and
submission of utilization certificates to the Commissioner.
Any deviation of these orders will be viewed seriously.
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
