Assist in establishing compensation for 30 wage areas in 22 states, which represents 35,000
Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) blue-collar employees
Recruit senior management/HR professionals from eligible establishments to participate in
federally mandated wage assessments through cold calling and other correspondence
Conduct 25-40 interviews for each federally mandated full scale survey in order to obtain
sensitive and confidential employee wage data
Supervised and managed one wage change survey as Project Officer while serving as data
collector for five full scale surveys with the following duties and accomplishments
o Establish equitable pay practices in assigned wage areas by analyzing and comparing
collected wage data through utilizing in-house specialized qualitative and quantitative
knowledge for accuracy, applicability and compliance with Public Law 92-392
o Assist with redesigning pay policy by providing private sector compensation data, local
economy statistics and previous compensation trends of wage area
