TEAM MEMBERS 

Jim England – Co-founder, Product

Jim England manages CorkShare development effort in both overall strategy and
programming efforts. Previously, Jim co-founded High School Gamers, a popular gaming
website, where he gained experience in public relations, web programming, and
entrepreneurship. At its height in 2004, High School Gamers reached thousands of
readers per day and was funded through advertising from interactive software companies
including Activision and Electronic Arts. In the summer of 2008, James served as a web
programmer at ABB, a multinational power systems company with offices in 100 countries,
where he developed a project collaboration tool.

Jim is a senior at Case Western Reserve University, studying Management with a concentration in Information
Decision Systems (MIDS). He has 5 years experience programming in PHP, Java, and Ruby on Rails.

Tim Gasper – Co-founder, Business Development

Tim Gasper coordinates CorkShare marketing strategy and fundraising efforts. He is
currently a Product Evangelist at Hyland Software, a leading provider of enterprise content
management software with revenues of over $100 million. There he provides sales
support and quality assurance, and creates software demonstrations, flash presentations,
product collateral, and more for users and resellers. In the past, he served as Content
Manager for Caseʼs IT department on an information security awareness project. His
responsibilities included user interface design, video, audio, copywriting, and overall strategic direction. He
also was a marketing intern for Bon Appétit Management Company, where he performed market research,
business and financial analysis, and graphic design.

Tim graduated from Case Western Reserve University in May 2009, majoring separately in both Economics
and Management with a Marketing concentration.

Huston Hoburg – Co-founder, Lead Developer

Huston Hoburg is CorkShareʼs MVP developer, programming in multiple languages and
designing the underlying architecture and many user interface elements. He has worked
with CorkShare for 1 year. Previously, he was involved in various programming and web
design side projects.

Huston is a senior at Case Western Reserve University studying Computer Science and
Cognitive Science. He has 6 years experience programming with HTML, CSS, Javascript /
jQuery, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.

Michael DeAloia
Michael served as “Tech Czar” at City of Cleveland from 2004 to 2007, and recently moved
on from his position as Senior Director of Business Development at Fit Technologies, a
technology consulting company. He is also a co-founder of LimeRibbon.com, a social
shopping web application. 

Michael will assist the team in its marketing efforts by tapping into his network, and help with raising initial
rounds of funding.

Joe Fiorini
Joe is a full time Ruby developer currently hacking with Rails. He works full time at Within3,
a private professional networking site exclusively for health and life science practitioners.
His Rails Rumble project, MeetInBetween.us, was voted first place in the 2008 Rails
Rumble competition. Joe has presented at multiple conferences and local events on
Ruby/Rails-related topics including REST, Git/Github, and is a co-organizer of CleRB – the
Cleveland Ruby Brigade.

Joe has significant experience with coding social media websites, particularly with Rails - which CorkShare is
built with. He will assist greatly in the early development efforts in site scalability and “agile” Product
Management.

Todd Goldstein
Todd is a managing partner of Goldstein, Caldwell, and Associates. He manages all
aspects of GCA business development, finance, funding acquisitions, operations and
strategic planning. He has been instrumental in growing a diverse portfolio of early stage
companies. 

Todd and his company, GCA, are a driving force behind Cleveland technology
entrepreneurship. He will assist CorkShare in the areas of business development,
accounting services, legal services, and help with raising initial rounds of funding.
