Legal Licensing Administrator-Global Compliance Management
Act as Company representative and Legal Dept. liaison between South America Operations, and the Legal and Finance
Department especially in regards to mergers and acquisitions, litigation, visas and operational matters such as corporate
resolutions, powers of attorney and consortium agreements as well as any documentation required by local regulatory
authorities in English and Spanish;
Responsible for corporate governance and compliance. Created an entity management system to keep track of all
corporate documents, including incorporations, by laws, good standings, mergers, acquisitions, name changes and annual
reports. Maintain Directors and Officers lists, organizational charts and produce reports as needed to tax, procurement,

50 states at a state, county, city and municipal level for all specialties and certifying qualifiers for each specialty. Created
a licenses database system to track all expirations with a 60 day notice and all qualifiers for each entity in every state, and
specialty.
Compile and organize evidence and/or other information, draft discovery responses, subpoena responses;
Identify organizational needs and initiate projects to address them; Assist with corporate financial, accounting and
regulatory reporting and filings, including document production and dissemination of all materials for Board Meetings,
legal operational functions, audits and investment support and corporate governance matters.
