Built compressor pumps. Machining area - set programming, tapped and pressed raw parts. Production
line hand held units - line & team leader, ordered, cycle counted, assembled parts, tested units, scrap
ticketed material, packaged & palletized units. Tag maker - issued and tracked numbers in sequence to
various models. Parts area - UPS order filler, operated JBA system, looked up and printed bill of
materials, ordered, located parts, and operated postal machines for shipping. Service area - checked in
products, rebuilt or tore down units. Assembly area - Worked on portable and industrial line with pulleys,
shrouds, pipes and decals. Oversaw the sub-assembly area which entailed reading blueprints, ordering
new parts, setting up new work areas, getting sample product built up. Wired generator panels, wired
switches, built manifolds. Volunteered for yearly inventory. Very knowledgeable in the plant work flow
operation.

Palletized different butter products & powdered milk products. Worked in powder milk area filling 50lb.
bags. Involved weighing, pulling samples, daily codes, sealed and palletized. Retrieved pallets from
cooler using forklift and hauled finished product to cold storage. Rover-relief included operating different
machines and sanitizing floors using steam hose, also cleaned churns. Operated the quarter pound
machine including changing paper, controlling weights, dated codes, adjustments of guides and pulling
samples for lab. Recorded codes, weight, product quantity, and any down time.
