Company Description
Fully Booked is a revolutionary new start-up business serving
the needs of the hospitality and advertising industries. The
Company has developed a unique marketing platform that will
allow hotels the ability to provide their guests with up to date
information in an interactive manner. The Company intends to
place a tablet PC in each of the clients guest rooms. These
tablets become the platform to provide each guest with
information and advertisers a space to reach out to potential
patrons.
Fully Booked intends to offer the technology to each client hotel
at no cost to them. Each hotel operator will have a uniquely
designed format which will allow them to feature the various
amenities found at the location. The PC tablets will provide
additional advertising space that Fully Booked will sell to
national level advertisers (mainly in the fortune 500 sector) with
some space available for area businesses, restaurants and
attractions. The advertising fees will cover the initial cost of the
tablet and will provide Fully Booked an on-going source of
revenue.
The hospitality market that Fully Booked will be targeting is
comprised of approximately 126,600 hotels in the U.S. with a
combined total of more than 4.6 million hotel rooms. While this
market is diverse, the common thread for all is that they are in
the business of providing services for each and every guest. The
services offered by Fully Booked can assist these hotels in
providing quality, up to date information services on area
businesses in a convenient format for each and every guest.
Fully Booked services will also be targeting the advertising
industry. In this arena the Company will be working within two
sub-markets: direct sales to advertisers and sales to media
buying companies. Both of these represent considerable
potential for the Company. Overall local and fortune 500
businesses spend millions trying to attract new customers. In
the current electronic age, more and more hotel guests are
seeking information via the internet and other electronic means.
By providing their guests with a convenient platform to search,
hotels can offer a service that is unavailable at this time.
Anyone who has visited a hotel in the last decade has no doubt
turned on the television in the room to find a Guest Services
station. This station was developed to provide some information
on the hotel and the local area. The information provided tends
to be very general in nature and there is no easy way for a guest
to make an immediate connection with the advertiser. Updates
on these systems are difficult to due because of the nature of the
technology that was available when this service was initially
offered. Lodgenet, one of the providers of this type of service
currently is a NASDAQ-traded company with $198 million in
gross profits and a market capitalization of more than $51
million.
The platform that Fully Booked will offer is easier to implement
and to upgrade, less expensive and provides a much wider
customer service opportunity than the currently provided
television-based systems. The ability to utilize the current
technology to expand the guests quest for information on the
local area will go far to making the stay a memorable one for
Goals

Overnight Impressions is the platform that fortune 500
businesses as well as area businesses and attractions can
purchase advertising space on the tablets. This service will
allow area companies the ability to develop interactive
advertising, videos, catalogs or surveys for the hotel guests to
view and enjoy on the Fully Booked tablets available in their
guestrooms.
An added market that will be available to advertisers is the
database of tablet users. This database will provide advertisers
with invaluable information on the guests for future
solicitations. The database will actually become a very valuable
commodity and is expected to generate a significant income
stream as the Company grows.

Management Team
Alex Vayner has created the concept behind Fully Booked. He
intends to continue as the COO and will oversee all daily
operations at the Company.
Once funding is made available, Mr. Vayner intends to utilize a
portion of the Start Up funds to bring on at least 3 sales agents.
In addition, the Company will also be hiring 2 administrative
and customer care staff, 5 traveling installers and 3
billing/account managers. This minimal staff will be able to
provide un-equaled customer service while keeping operating
expenses to a minimum.
Risk Factors
The Fully Booked management is well aware of the many risks
associated with start up firms in these difficult economic times.
As the full business plan notes, the team has taken appropriate
steps to counteract these risks as much as is possible. The
primary risk noted in the plan is the need to manage the growth.
In order to sustain the operation, Fully Booked has projected a
modest 5% increase in advertising sales. In addition, Fully
Booked has also utilized a very low advertising cost in all
projections. The Companys sales team is confident in their
ability to meet and exceed this modest projection.

Exit Strategy / Investor Compensation
Fully Booked is offering two investment scenario proposals to
investors. In either option, the Company is projecting net
profitability in 13 months following initial investment. The
details of the Return On Investment will be negotiated at the
time of investment.
Scenario 1
Fully Booked will offer 30% equity and capital interest
providing that an arrangement to sell the Company can be made
after the 6 month ramp up period has been completed. In order
to qualify, the purchase price will need to be in excess of $10
million U.S. Given a projected $10 million sale, investors will
see a substantial gain amounting to well over $1 million once all
costs and taxes have been factored in.
Scenario 2
In the event that Fully Booked is unable to secure a purchase
agreement by the end of the ramp up period, investors will be
offered a 40% equity and capital interest in the Company.
Payments will be made from net monthly income on either a
monthly or quarterly basis.

Investment Conclusion
Fully Booked has developed a unique marketing tool that will be
very attractive to businesses in the hospitality and advertising
industries. The Company intends to provide individual tablet
PCs for each guest room at a clients location. These tablets
will serve to replace the guest services printouts that are
currently being used. The benefits of the tablet include the
ability to update all tablets at a given location from one central
computer and the ability to offer ad space to local businesses.
This ad space provides the income stream for Fully Booked. In
order for Fully Booked to proceed, the first step is to raise the
capital needed to purchase the initial tablets and bring on the
needed sales and marketing personnel. The second step is for
Fully Booked to implement its Business Plan, and the third step
is to complete the initial installation and begin an aggressive
marketing campaign. Providing that all of these steps are
achieved in a timely and orderly fashion, Fully Booked should
in a fine position to achieve success on this project.
