HSE ACTIVITIES
1. HSE Induction & Training (Basic First Aid, Environmental Awareness & TSTI).
1. Submitted Weekly (10 Jul - 16 Jul) HSE Report to Mr. Oki.
1. TCJO Fly Assessment and Report was submitted to JOC.
1. HSE Induction & Training (Basic First Aid, Environmental Awareness & TSTI),
Weekly TOC & JOC Management Meeting,
Attended 1st BP Monthly HSE Committee Meeting.
1. HSE Training (Emergency Response Preparedness),
TSTI was conducted, 1 for Unloading of Speed Boat "Green Beret" & 1 for Material Unloading from LCT No.1,
Prepared and submitted Fly Camp Assessment Action List to TCJO,
Conducted Readiness Assessment on ITB VES Survey Work.
1. Reviewed JSA (Marine & VES Survey) with BP,
Closed-Out Inspection on LCT No.1 was conducted,
Physical Inspection of TCJO Speed Boat "Green Beret" was conducted based on "Lesson Learnt" principle,
TSTI for VES Survey was performed,
5. Emergency Response Table-Top Simulation was conducted for ITB VES Survey.
1. 1st Weekly HSE Meeting with TCJO on site with participation from Management,
2. Conducted Readiness Assessment on TCJO Marine Survey.
1. Submitted Weekly (17 Jul - 23 Jul) HSE Report to Mr. Oki.
1. Paramedic conducted health and hygiene inspection on ITB workers on site.
1. HSE Induction & Training (Basic First Aid, Environmental Awareness & TSTI),
2. TSTI Review for Unloading from LCT 2 & Inspection of TCJ UXO Survey and ITB VES Survey,
3. Started Daily HSE Reporting as per BP's Contractual Requirement.

1. TCJO commences work on the Fuel Storage. Damaged drums have been removed to Sorong thru LCT.
1. Fuel storage area still undergoing rectification work.
1. General Housekeeping was conducted on the Fly Camp. 2. Temporary waste collection area was established
approximately 100m away from the Fly Camp.
