1. Abstract : Symptoms and Signs - Lyme and

Tick -Borne Diseases
Lyme disease is also called as the Great Imitator. It is typically
transmitted by the bite of the Black Legged Tick. Lyme
ailment may also be transmitted from a mother to her unborn
baby.
The most conclusive sign of Lyme illness is the erythema migrans
(EM) bulls-eye rash. Rest of the symptoms may include Bells
Palsy, muscle and joint pain, cognitive defects, psychiatric
symptoms, sleep disturbances, fatigue, flu and a sense of feeling
poorly. If in case you develop irregular symptoms, there is
possibility of a tick-borne infection even if you dont have the EM
rash.
