Executive Summary
The main purpose for this report is to identify the reason for exchange rate flections affecting
operating profits of export oriented company. This report will try to find out whether fluctuations
of exchange rates impose different impact on stock returns for different periods and seek what
the impact of exchange rate fluctuations is on operating profits.
An understanding of influencing economics factor which is affect foreign exchange rate. In
addition an understanding risk of foreign currency fluctuation rate. An understanding reduces
exchange rate risk of fluctuation of foreign exchange currency.
An understanding of the influence of exchange rate fluctuation on operating profits and stock
value is useful for domestic investors while making investment decision. In addition, an
understanding of the influence of exchange rate fluctuation on the operating profit of the
company is useful to the corporate manager, who may apply related derived financial tools to
avert exchange risk and reduce the impact of exchange risks upon the companies.
The objectives of this report impact of foreign exchange rate fluctuation on Bengal Windsor
Thermoplastics Ltd. Al tools are analysis for risk averse of the company and reduce their
operating profit and findings of the company and recommendations are situated in this report
which should be done.
