Simba Sports Club partners with Vodacom Tanzania launch Simba NEWS Service
Dar es Salaam, September 5, 2015 Simba Sports Club in collaboration with Vodacom Tanzania
have together launched a Simba NEWS service, which aims at providing Vodacom customers with Simba
news accessible from wherever they are in the country. Other partners companies in service launched are
Premier Mobile Solution and EAG group.
Speaking today during jointly launching press conference Vodacom Tanzania Head of Communications and
Marketing Kelvin Twissa said the service will enable Simba sports and other Tanzanias interesting in
Football to receive current news about Club in daily basis through Vodacom network at cheapest rate.
With the fast pace of ICT, Vodacom understands the growing importance of providing information to its
customers, that is why, today, we are proud to have launched this well-tailored SIMBA NEWS Service with
our partners Simba Sports Club and PMS, so as to keep our subscribers abreast with current affairs while
enjoying the news updates at personal ease and our target is to provide valuable, timely and reliable
information through this platform.Said Twissa.
Simba Sports Club President Evans Aveva said this innovation will undoubtedly enable both Simba SC
Fans and all the football fans who are also Vodacom subscribers to get hooked on latest news from Simba
Sports Club via their mobile phones.We encourage our fans to subscribe this service so that they may
access and enjoy a wide variety news from Simba Sports Club. Said Aveva.

Operations Manager from Premier Mobile Solutions Ms. Lulu Ramole said that the product was designed
to provide customers with instant access to information adding that the service comes in COMBO/BUNDLE
pack whereby Vodacom Subscribers will be charged ONLY ONCE per DAY and receive a minimum of four
(03) News and Updates daily about Simba Sports Club.
The Service will also allow The Subscriber to Un-subscribe to the service anytime they wish without any
difficulties and provide a MSAADA keyword for help on various Frequent Ask Questions for customers to
send queries while enjoying/experiencing the service.
In order to subscribe to these service one needs to send the Keyword SIMBA to 15460. Once subscribed
the subscriber will receive news from the Keyword they have subscribed daily and will be charged TSH
150/- per day. To unsubscribe from the services a subscriber just needs to send ONDOA SIMBA to 15460.
