process.ItisadvisabletocontactCompanywithin48hoursofthecancellationrequest.AnylaterwouldrequiretheUsertosendascannedcopyofyourE
TicketendorsedbytheairlinestoCompany.
Companywillbeabletotransactcustomer'srefundonlyafterreceiptand/orconfirmationofrefundfromtheairline.
Refundshallbevalidatedonlyaftertheairline/OTAacceptsthecancellationconfirmation/endorsementcopysentbythecustomer.
Therewillbenorefundfor'noshows'oranypartiallyunusedflights.
5.Amendments
Allamendmentscomeatafeethatvariesfromairlinetoairline.Inadditiontothisfee,CompanychargesanamendmenthandlingfeeofRs.250perpassenger
persectorincaseofofflineamendmentandachargeofRs.250incaseofonlineamendment.CompanywillcollectthesechargesfromtheUserwhenitmakes
thechangeinthetravelplans.Companywillalsocollectthedifferenceinfare,ifany,applicablewhentheamendmentismade.
ThismeanseveryairlinehasadifferentamendmentpolicyandoverandaboveCompanychargesRs.250perpersonpersectorincaseofofflinecancellation
charges.(Customershouldcallupthecallcentertoreschedule).
AndRs.250willbechargedbyCompanyoverandabovetheairlinechargesincaseofonline(ItmeanscustomergoestoourSiteandpassestherequest.)
WewouldalsoliketoaddthatAmendmentandCancellationcanbedoneonly24hourspriortotheflightwithus.
