CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and
calm. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life that enhances your physical and mental
wellbeing.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic
program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing,
Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with
weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.

FATBURNER CIRCUIT Designed to target all areas of fitness in the one class full of variety, it is based around
an interval-training format where bursts of aerobic activity are separated by periods of resistance training.

PRYME MOVERS targeted for older adults seeking an active lifestyle and an opportunity to build strong
friendships. The classes provide a wide range of modified activities that are safe, effective and enjoyable to suit
all abilities.

BOXING is a great combination of punching combined with a cardiovascular workout. Combining speed with
various combinations these classes help increase your co-ordination, strength and general overall fitness.

ABS & CORE An intense 30-minute workout focusing on your core. Enjoy a variety of exercises and challenges
that will develop all areas of your
abdominals and help strengthen your lower back.

MUMS & BUBS A great way of providing new mums with an opportunity to bring in your baby, in their pram,
while participating in a variety of cardiovas-
cular & resistance exercises in the same room. This is a great chance for you to meet other mums with kids who
share the health & fitness goals and want to socialise. (Ages 0-1yrs)

TEEN GYM is an after school program for teenagers aged between 12-15 years, offering age appropriate
exercise programs for teens, fully supervised by qualified NCIE staff.

AQUA is a low impact workout to challenge different fitness levels. The class uses both deep and shallow
options available to cater for participants with varying degrees of water confidence. Get ready for a fun,
energetic and motivating workout.

CYCLING An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Your friendly NCIE instructor will guide you through
a challenging workout of various terrains and intervals to motivational music. Participants of all abilities are more
than welcome to come and challenge themselves to the indoor cycling.

All 6:15am Classes and PrYme Classes are 45mins
