Joined a team of SAP APO analysts and consultants to implement SAP APO
Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) using Capable-ToMatch (CTM), Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling(PPDS) and GlobalAvailable-To_Promise (GATP) for the Company. This $1.2 million dollar
project assists the Company in improving accuracy of customers forecasts of
specialty chemicals products, optimizing inventory and production resources
at various chemical production plants worldwide. Prototyped and configured APO DP/SNP planning books, global settings, CTM, Deployment and
TLB parameters, ECC material master data, sales orders and production
planning settings and CIF interfaces for end-to-end sales order processing
between the Companys SAP ECC execution and SAP APO planning systems. Liaised with the business community for business reporting needs to
identify data reporting and data archival strategies. Performed integration
testing and co-ordinated user-acceptance testing across APO modules with
various IT and business user groups. Performed cutover tasks in SAP APO
and ECC for go-live readiness to ensure smooth implementation. Identified
batch jobs for background processing using Control-M, documented configuration and various technical and training documents. Provided training
on systems usage and production support for all APO modules for Specialty
Chemicals, Olefins, Pipe Fittings and Resins product lines, working with onshore and off-shore technical teams for issue resolution.

Successfully rolled out SAP APO/BW projects in various roles to implement
global Supply Chain IT solutions for COMPAQ/Hewlett-Packards business
units. Designated Integration, Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Planning
(SP) work-stream lead roles implementing SAP APO DP, SP and Business
Warehouse(BW) solutions for the ESSN, PSG and IPG business units. Interfacing with various regional/global business/IT groups to ensure systems
comply with business processes requirements, data accuracy and efficient interfaces between APO DP, SP and BW applications. A major team player
with involvement in all phases of projects full life-cycle including testing,

in the PanHP Supply Planning Release 1.0 for Desktops project.
