Decision-making on Movie Consumption among University Students in Malaysia. This
study is conducted to gain a better understanding of consumers perception and responses
toward movie. This project is to understand the overall picture of the factors that can
influence customer decision making process which results in customer satisfaction on
movie consumption. Environmental factor and personal factor have a significant
relationship to customer satisfaction. Academic result of this project is B+.
