This 2012 ASA Operating Performance Report (OPR) survey
(of 2011 financial results) promises to be the most timely and
comprehensive profile of industry performance results ever
published. By filling out as much information as possible, you
will be assured of receiving a detailed, CONFIDENTIAL
Company Performance Report analysis of your own business.
This 20 plus page, personalized profile will show your results
next to industry benchmarks for gauging strengths and
weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. In addition, ASA
