Team Activity Lecture/ Learning
Stage
Our group has
followed proposed
schedule in week 2 to
begin 1st meeting. The
enthusiasm for each
member is found to be
at optimum level. The
only issue found
throughout the 1st
meeting is the
presence of comfort
zone and lack of
courage to express
ideas and opinions for
some members.
In this week, we have
followed our own
schedule. Since this
week meeting was 2nd
meeting, each member
was active in giving
opinions and ideas
compared to the
previous meeting.
Although we were
active during second
meeting compared to
first meeting, we need
to improve our ideas
that have been
suggested.

We had proceeded to
manufacturing stage
III which shaping the
metal frames of the
toothbrush cartilage.
It is found that the
mating process of the
stainless steel sticks
requires
sophisticated and
logical thinking in
order to have a metal
structure with a
systematic
appearance. Hence,
we face some inner
conflicts regarding to
the proper mating
methods of metal
frames for our
toothpaste cartilage.
To maintain an
effective team, we
resolve the conflict
by assigning Ho You
Liang which he is
responsible on
further materials
research to determine
the proper mating
methods. We are
satisfied with the
outcome and we are
looking forward to
have more
collaboration
moments in future of
manufacturing
stages.
