Aden Gulf Fisheries Company Limited, the agship
company of Al Huraibi Trading Group has been established in the year 2002 with a well determined policy to
purchase, process and export excellent quality sh and
shery products of International Standards adhering the
needs of customers through technical excellence and
perfection.
Our factory with administrative oce is in Aden, South
Yemen, in the south western part of Yemen peninsula,
coast of Gulf of Aden, near the free zone port Mansoora.
Our second factory is commissioned in 2015 at Ash Shahar
in Al-Mukalla District of Hadhramout Governorate, the
south eastern part of Yemen peninsula, coast of Arabian
Sea.
As a Manufacturer Exporter of Frozen and Fresh Chilled
Fish and Fishery Products, our company is one of the
leading of its kind in the Republic of Yemen.

Our Products are exported to EUROPE, CHINA, VIETNAM,

MALAYSIA, THAILAND, SINGAPORE, ASIA, MIDDLE EAST,
FAR EAST, AFRICA, SOUTH AMERICA & USA. The Fresh
Chilled Products are airlifted to destinations PARIS, ROME,
MADRID, FRANKFURT, AMSTERDAM, ATHENS, DUBAI,
BANGKOK & HONG KONG.
We are dedicated to maintain our factory and its operating system to comply with necessary standards specied
in European Union Regulations/Directives 852,853,854 &
882 dated 29-04-2004, 178/28-01-2002, 2004/41/EC

WHAT WE DO

OUR FACILITIES

Under a Food Safety Management System we produce Fish and

Fishery Products to satisfy its consumers. The globally accepted
FSMS-The HACCP is implemented to ensure food safety.Our expert
team is qualified and competent to source out raw material from
all over Yemen. The fleet of insulated/refrigerated trucks transport
the raw material from nearby or distant landing centers to our
factory under time and temperature control.

The very unique geographical location of our factory enable us

easy procurement of very fresh catch from the Yemen peninsular
waters-The Arabian Sea, The Red Sea and The Gulf of Aden by short
time transportation. The lay-out of our factory is unique and
stream lined to facilitate easy forward flow of entire process from
raw material receipt to shipment.Our factory is well equipped with
all necessary infrastructure and trained man power to utilize the
regular as well as seasonal fish landing of Yemen.
The Electrical energy requirement of the factory is met by installing
own generators of sufficient capacity with standby options in
addition to the government power supply system. The water and
ice required for the processing activities are derived from own
resources and production. A flake ice unit is working inside the
processing plant round the clock.

Our well trained manpower under qualified supervisors and

technologists operating in two shifts are competent to identify the
possible hazards, its Control Points, Critical Control Point and
Corrective Action during procurement of raw material to receipt in
factory, pre-processing, processing, freezing, packing, storing and
shipment.The finished products kept in our cold storage chambers
are shipped out directly to pre-cooled refrigerated containers from
our factory premises under time and temperature control.

We are dedicated to promote export in terms of quality excellence. By directly or indirectly involving more than 300 employees we impart
training to all our processing staff with regard to GMP, SSOP and SOP so that they are competent in their job. Employees health, hygiene and
sanitary standard of the factory are well maintained according to the HACCP System by regular monitoring, periodical tests and analysis.
The management is very specific and positive in their approach in providing finance, technology, human resource and any other infrastructure required to review and update the effectiveness and adequacy of the HACCP system.
