Cape of Good Hope Wine Co donates $12.00 per case to the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
SALES TAX - We will add the appropriate SALES TAX for orders shipped to AZ and CA at time of processing the
order.
SHIPPING COSTS – a) AZ Scottsdale/Phoenix greater metropolitan area - $10 per delivery per order.
b) For all other areas: Special wine shipper box - $12 per case (12 bottle cases) plus FedEx Ground rates.

time these states will adjust their policies. The states that are difficult to ship to that we are aware of are: marked “*” above - AL, AR , DE, IN, KY,
MA, ME, MT, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT, Washington DC. For these states, or any other state we are not aware of, we cannot guarantee or
assume the responsibility that the shipper will deliver an order.

To place an order – please fax, email or call in your order. If faxing please include both pages.
If emailing, please provide brand, varietal, quantities of each wine plus your credit card details.
All items subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct printing errors. Cape of Good Hope Wine
Co. makes no representation to legal rights to ship alcohol into any State outside of California. By placing
an order with Cape of Good Hope Wine Company, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age.
Return/Exchange policy – No returns/exchanges will be accepted as we do not know what condition the
wines were stored or transported back to us. Breakage/Tainted wine - Any broken bottles, corked or
oxidized wines will be refunded. If however, the breakage is extensive and the carrier’s fault, please report
it to the carrier and ourselves so we may claim for the damages and we will then replace the order.
