3.The main sturcture

1) The upper roller

The up-roller composed of main cylinder, bearing block of up roller, up roller, double-row
ball bearing.
Installing double-row ball bearings in the bearing blocks of up-roller.
The material of up roller is 42CrMo round steel, done modified treatment after roughly process,
HB220-260, and done quenching treatment after precision process, HRC45-50, according to the
standard JB/ZG4289-86.

2)The bottom roller

The bottom rollers part composed of bottom rollers, bearing blocks of bottom
rollers, input gearing of bottom rollers, slip bearings of bottom rollers and so on.
The material of bottom rollers is 45# round steel, done quenching treatment after precision process,
HRC45-50, according to the standard JB/ZG4289-86.
The slip bearings of bottom rollers adopt SF-2 self-lubricating complex material.
The level move part supplied power by level move motor, through worm-wheel
box, screw part to let up-roller part level move, then come true the metal sheets
pre-bend.

3)Support roller part

The support roller composed of suppor roller, nut screw part, trigonite part and
so on.
The material of support roller is 45# round steel, the outside surface hardness
should lower than the outside of bottm rollers, and cute thread screwing, so all
these can effective protect the surface of bottom rollers.
The support roller with one seres, and 4 rollers per seris, adjust up and down
in accord with the difference thickness of metal sheet.
4)Main drive part
The main drive part composed of main motor, shaft coupling, gear box, electro hydraulic push rod
brake And so on. The output gear of gear box is to drive two gears of bottom rollers.The main drive
can do both positive and negative roll, to support torsion for bending metal sheet.
5)Tipping part
The tipping part composed of ram, tipping cylinder and so on.
The piston rod of tippling cylinder be done chromate treatment.
The function of tippling part is to take out the work piece from the rollers.

6)Base board
Using wielding closed frame base, the function is good about bending resistance, torsion
resistance, inertia moment is large, so let people easy to move and install machine.

5. Inspection
1)Duration of warranty of the machine is 12 months (except any consumable parts and working
tools) from the date of Certificate of Goods hand-over, except any miss operation of artificial
ignorance. The Seller is responsible for settling and bearing all charges and expenses related to the
costs for workmanship and materials caused from faulty designed of the machinery and/or poor
workmanship within the period of warranty (repairing, sending new parts, etc.)
2)In case that the Buyer discovers any defect and/or failure of the goods, the Buyer shall notify
theseller of such defect and/or failure by fax or email. The Seller shall repair or replace the defective
goods with new ones of good quality within 01 week after receipt of the Buyers notice. During
Guarantee Period, if the breakdown is found to be due to the designing and/or manufacturing of the
product the Seller provided herein, the Seller shall be responsible to propose a solution for the
breakdown after Sellers technicians inspect and confirm the corresponding pictures and written
indications which should be supplied by the Buyer. The Seller will dispatch its service engineers to
provide overseas on-site service as per the Buyers request. The Seller shall cover the relevant
domestic transportation costs, bear its service engineers wages during the service period and provide
round-trip ticket. However, the Buyer shall assist Sellers service engineers to apply the visa and be
responsible to bear their local board,ACCOMMODATION and transportation charges during the
service period, as well as provide them the interpretation service accordingly.
