JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for fabrication and erection of piping as per the Isometrics proposed by the
Client.

Fabrication and erection had done with various pipes like ( CS,SS,AS,AND GI)

Erection of pipes drawing as per the field routing proposed by the client.

Carried out Erection of static equipments like Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Drums and
Column type equipments.

Maintenance works on Heat Exchangers (Shell and tube type) like replacement of nozzle,
inspection of Tubes, Plugging of tubes and shell testing.

Carried out Hydro testing and flushing of the system.

Structural and Platform erections has per proposed by the client.

Erection of surge tank over flow drain line water and cooling water lines as per the
isometrics proposed by the client.

PIPING INSPECTION:

Raw material Visual inspection & test certificates review refer with ASME sections

WPS, PQR & WPQ Witness & Review.

Visual fit up inspection

Ensuring correct Line no, joint no, Material specification & grade as per design &
drawing.

Root gap, root face, bevel angle & straightness.

If required pre heating and ensuring the temperature with thermal chalk and graph chart.
Weld visual inspection

Welder no, Slag, spatter, bead length & single or multi layer then shrinkage & good
penetration or not,

Check surface & during welding ensure electrode heated or not and performer qualified
or not.

If required post heating and ensuring the temperature with thermal chalk and graph chart.
( soaking hrs)
Stress relieving & Hardness inspection

After welding if required ensure stress relieving process & temperature range, soaking
hrs according to material specification. Witness & review SR chart. Hardness value
ensure within the limit or not.

NDT Inspection:
Hydro test

Before hydro test ensuring mechanical clearance & line history sheet has been completed
or not and then water test certificate, pressure gauge calibration certificate & range.

After hydro test, water & air flushing inspection & air moisture inspection witness with
hydro meter.

Sand blasting & painting inspection as per the specification.

In motorbikes negligence to retrieve the side-stand is also a reason for accidents. Since
modern bikes use self-motor for starting purpose, the self- motor can be used along with simple
gear-meshing mechanism to retrieve the Side-stands of the bikes automatically.
MAIN PROJECT:
TITLE: DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF CHASSIS & UPRIGHT OF AN
ALL TERRAIN VECHICLE.
ATV is an off road vehicle in which we have designed chassis and upright to withstand
the maximum possible stress and reduced the deflection in collision on front and rear impact by
using trial and error method with the help of ANSYS software.
