Como iniciativas prioritarias se han desarrollado diferentes actividades en la Sucursal Per que promueven la gestin en
Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para su sede administrativa en Lima y los proyectos a lo largo del pas.
Campaa Reciclando Ando: En el 2015 contina la campaa Reciclando Ando, con la donacin de tapas plsticas como recurso para
compra de muletas y sillas de ruedas para personas en condicin de discapacidad. Esta Es una campaa organizada por la ONG Tierra
y Ser.
Actividades de RSE en obra: En los diferentes proyectos se viene cumpliendo con los protocolos de relacionamiento con las
comunidades, establecidos en los Planes de Gestin Social y enmarcados dentro de los acuerdos establecidos por el Cliente. Con
diversas actividades como la contratacin del 100% de mano de obra no calicada local, capacitaciones a las comunidades, campaas
de salud bucal para los trabajadores, adquisicin de bienes y servicios locales, actividades de Inversin Social, atencin de los
reclamos de las comunidades. Adicionalmente se realizaron donaciones de equipos de cmputo y mobiliario a instituciones aledaas al
rea de inuencia de los proyectos.

Activities like maintenance and preservation have been carried out in three of the major
works that Conalvias has completed and delivered to the city of Cali, as well as some
other complementary works that considerably increase the durability and quality of these
three projects, in which we nd the Granada Road Refurbishment project comprising the
broadening of Avenida 8N at Calle 12 to refurbish the road curvature. For this purpose,
part of Bancolombia's estate was assigned. The Plazoleta de la Caleidad project, which
included the demolition of the stories of the Parque del Correo between Calle 11 and 12
and between Avenida 2N and 4N with the typologies of the Lineal Park of Cali River. In
addition to the construction of sidewalks with trafc lights control at Avenida 2N at Calle
12 and calle 9 and dismantling three pedestrian bridges.
Finally, the depression of the Avenida Colombia comprising the construction of 11
sidewalk gutters along the left side of the Avenida between Calle 4 and 2 west, directly
discharging to the Cali river and preventing ingress of runoff water to the tunnel, together
with the import of the emergency pump for the depression.
Lastly, the community approach activities through divulgation of advancements and
advantages that these projects bring to the city of Cali and preparation of property status
reports.

The project calls for the construction of a car bridge, access routes, aqueduct, sewage, electrical and telecommunications networks,
public space, arborization, signposting and platforms refurbishment over a period of 13 months.
Between November and December last year, the project pre-construction stage was completed and the nal designs were delivered to
the Town Hall, which were to be complemented and updated for their approval in January 2015.
To start this project, it was required the construction of a two-way diversion, each with two lanes with the full technical and safety
conditions for such a purpose. The said diversion was built in the month of December simultaneously with the main road, thus avoiding
obstruction of the daily trafc that travels mostly from Cali to neighboring towns and vice-versa. The diversion was reviewed and opened
to the public with the endorsement of the Municipal Secretary of Trafc and Transportation last January 15th.
Within the social and environmental aspects of the project, we have released the benets that this major work will bring to the community
through periodic meetings per sectors, in addition to the property status report on property located along the Carrera 1 and the San Luis
neighborhood.
By the end of this edition, the project reached progress of 5,8% - according to the work schedule thus ratifying our commitment and the
importance of this and other major works to which Conalvias has been a part.

In January this year was awarded the second contract to Conalvas Construcciones by the Sociedad Puerto Industrial de Aguadulce S.A.
(SPIA) to undertake the paving and utilities work of the Container Terminal of Aguadulce Port. It includes the channeling and installation of
aqueduct, greywater, stormwater networks, electrical networks and against re. Likewise, rigid and exible paving will be built as well as
laying foundations in reinforced concrete for the installation of Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes. Moreover, the design, manufacture
and assembly of metal structures for Reefers (rack) for six high containers and metal structures of the Gate dock will be carried out.
The contract will be carried out in the modality of Maximum Global Fixed Price and its execution term will be 16 months.
The project will have a high participation from communities in the zone, as according to the Environmental License it was agreed that
100% of unskilled labor and 50% of skilled labor would belong to the region.
The Aguadulce Industrial Port is of vital importance for the region of the Pacic, as it will create progress and new commercial
opportunities for the country due to its strategic geographic location. Likewise, it will provide competitive advantages for Colombia to
enter into free trade treaties with other countries.

Con ambos hitos del proyecto transcurriendo a buen ritmo, se podra realizar un reporte
satisfactorio de los adelantos. El primer hito se denomina Calle Mike 2 y va paralela a la
actual calle de rodaje Mike y a la Pista sur que son utilizadas diariamente para la operacin
comercial y militar del aeropuerto. Esta calle tiene cuatro empalmes con la infraestructura de
la pista sur existente, lo que obliga a tramitar cierre de pistas y trabajar de noche para la
correcta ejecucin de estas uniones.
Este proyecto se caracteriza por la utilizacin de una novedosa alternativa para preconsolidar la base en el suelo de las calles y sus estructuras conexas, de tal forma que los
asentamientos a largo plazo se minimicen, reduciendo de esta forma los mantenimientos.
Los avances ms signicativos de este primer hito son la excavacin que se encuentra en
un 70% de progreso y el mejoramiento de sub rasante con rajn al 74%.
Por otra parte, el segundo hito se denomina calle Uniform y va perpendicular a las actuales
pistas sur y norte, conectndolas en sus cabeceras occidentales, adicionalmente tiene tres
empalmes con la infraestructura existente que se desarrollan de la misma manera que en el
hito 1.
Una de las etapas ms complejas del proyecto es la estructura del deprimido, siendo una de
las principales necesidades del aeropuerto para el trnsito normal de vehculos al interior de
las instalaciones, esta va ser una doble calzada de dos carriles cada una y tendr un
ancho de 13ml por calzada y una longitud total de 304 metros.
En este tramo de la obra solo se ha avanzado en la construccin de la va de desvo, en un
80% aproximadamente y se ha visto seriamente afectado por la no entrega de los predios
necesarios para ejecutar las obras, que actualmente estn a cargo de las Fuerzas Militares.

Starting December 1st, 2014, an important change was made to the contract entered
into between Conalvias and the Sogamoso Hydroelectric project, as the scope was
re-dened adjusting the verication method of construction services and expenses
reimbursement, so as to ensure the total execution of works.
Works comprise slope stabilization where currently are being carried out activities
including the stabilization of axis 4 of the Chucur bridge abutment. In this zone, some
land movement was observed due to the rainy season and reservoir lling, which has
resulted in a series of additional activities such as conformation of embankment in
front of axis 4.
The work has reached progress of 98%, dening - in addition to the initial activities of
slope stabilization - other ones in shotcrete and bolts placed in areas that may have
some degree of instability.
The road is currently open, the lling of the reservoir was complete by the end of 2014
and the electrical generation system is fully operational.

El Embalse de Bucaramanga presenta un progreso satisfactorio, con la terminacin de la cara de concreto en la presa a nales de enero de este
ao, iniciando la construccin del muro parapeto y la colocacin de los sellos de las juntas perimetral y longitudinal entre las losas, que en
conjunto con la cortina profunda de inyecciones conforman el sistema de impermeabilizacin de la presa.
Tambin se resalta la construccin del vertedero tipo Morning Glory, que es una estructura conformada por un pozo vertical de 47 metros, un
codo y un canal de descarga subterrneo, que conducir el caudal de excesos del embalse hacia la estructura de disipacin de energa, la cual
tiene un 61% de avance de construccin. El Tnel vial de 140 mts. de longitud, se encuentra en un 91% de progreso. La estructura de captacin
en un 77%, y la descarga de fondo en un 71%. Adicionalmente se dio inicio al montaje de la red elctrica y equipos electromecnicos entre los
cuales se encuentra la vlvula tipo mariposa de 1400 mm para la operacin del embalse.
Se tiene previsto el cierre de la compuerta metlica del tnel de desvo, para nales del mes de mayo, una actividad necesaria para dar inicio con
el llenado del embalse, la cual, dependiendo de las condiciones climticas que se presenten embalsar aproximadamente 17 millones de m3
agua en 55 hectreas.
En apoyo a la comunidad del rea de inuencia del proyecto se adelantan donaciones de lea, capacitaciones ambientales con los estudiantes
de las escuelas aledaas y donacin de materiales para el mejoramiento del techo de las instalaciones del centro de rehabilitacin Shalom.
En el programa de formacin del proyecto se han realizado 170 cursos para certicar las competencias en trabajo seguro en alturas con el apoyo
del SENA, as como la continuidad a la capacitacin y entrenamiento a las brigadas para el manejo de emergencias.
Bucaramanga reservoir has had a satisfactory progress with the completion of the dam
concrete face in late January this year, starting with the construction of the parapet wall and
placement of seals in the perimeter and longitudinal joints between the slabs, which together
with the deep injection screen form the dam waterproong system.
It is also noted the construction of the Morning Glory-type spillway, which is a structure
formed by a vertical 47-mts-deep well, an elbow and an underground discharge canal that will
lead the overow from the dam to the energy dissipation structure, which has now reached a
construction progress of 61%. The road tunnel, spanning 140 mts. long, has reached a
progress of 91%. The collection structure has reached a percentage of 77% and the bottom
discharge has reached 71%. In addition, the assembly of the electrical grid and electrical and
mechanical equipment was started, among which we nd the 1400 mm buttery valve for the
operation of the reservoir.
The closing of the metal gate of the diversion tunnel is projected to be nished by the end of
May. This is a necessary activity to start with the dam lling which, depending on the weather
conditions, will hold approximately 17 million m3 of water distributed in 55 ha.
In support to the community of the inuence area of the project, we are working on donating
rewood, providing environmental training to the students of schools in close proximity and
donation of materials for the refurbishment of ceilings of the Shalom rehabilitation center's
facilities.
Within the project's training program, 170 courses have been undertaken to certify
competencies in safe working at heights with the collaboration of the SENA, as well as the
continuity to the training to brigades for emergency management.

rea Metropolitana de Ciudad de Panam Paradas del Sistema de Transporte Masivo Fase V
Este importante proyecto forma parte de la renovacin del nuevo sistema de transporte pblico en el rea metropolitana de la ciudad de
Panam y busca brindar una mejor calidad de servicio a los usuarios, permitindoles pagar su pasaje a la entrada de la zona paga,
circular libremente, e ingresar al Metrobus de una forma segura.
Esta nueva fase es de vital importancia, ya que har parte integral de la estacin del Metro de Panam ubicada en esta zona paga,
permitiendo el intercambio entre el metro y el sistema de buses. Esto la consolida como una de las estaciones ms importantes, ya que
movilizar un total de 8.330 usuarios en hora pico, con una proyeccin de uso para 9.671 en 15 aos.
Los trabajos cuentan con un avance del 62.2% se han culminado las actividades de excavacin, instalacin de tuberas de hormign,
colocacin de sub-base granular, base granular y construccin de pavimentos en concreto hidrulico para el carril exclusivo de buses.
Tambin se destaca la rehabilitacin de 10,006.00 m2 de pavimento, equivalente al 94% del rea total a rehabilitar de una de las
principales vas de la Provincia de Panam, la carretera Transstmica.
Adems, se han logrado avances signicativos en la ejecucin de las actividades de urbanismo, principalmente en la instalacin de
adoquines que al trmino de este periodo alcanza un 72% de ejecucin.

The project has reached the work execution stage through the refurbishment
of 185 kilometers of roads and the construction of 2 additional lanes; it also
comprises the construction and refurbishment of car bridges, pedestrian
bridges and drainage. Finally, it will also undergo a maintenance stage after
the construction stage.
Works underway correspond to everything related to cleaning and clearing,
excavation, backll, refurbishment and construction of drainage (pipeline and
Box Culvert), construction of bridge sub-structure, construction of bridge
super-structure (beams and slabs), laying geo-textile, placement of base
layer, priming, laying mix asphalt with modied asphalt, to name a few.
On the other hand, the CPA Consortium Leg IV is carrying out the activities of
extraction and transformation of stony aggregates. In its infrastructure it hosts
two milling plants that are operating, one of them is Telsmith with a production
capacity of 240 ton/hour in addition to two asphalt plants, one of which is
already operating and the assembly of the other one has just nished. These
plants represent, to a considerable extent, the success of this important
project for the Republic of Panam.

The work has reached a total execution progress near to 74% in three out of the four total legs of the project. The rst one comprises the
population of Ciudad de Dios, over a preserved length of 155 kilometers followed by a second leg in the city of Cajamarca along 18.894
kilometers and nally, the fourth leg between Chicama and Cascas with a crossing spanning along 10.40kms. The third leg has reached
progress of 60% to the present time, in spite of a temporary suspension of works due to the rains.
Likewise, periodic maintenance work has been carried out in 43 structures that form 18 bridges and 25 pontoons, in addition to other
routine preservation repairs, water-body cleaning, minor concrete repairs, etc. from legs III and IV.

A la fecha el proyecto presenta un avance acumulado de ejecucin del 85.71%, y se ha ejecutado toda la partida de Conservacin
Peridica en la va; actualmente se realizan actividades de Conservacin Rutinaria despus de la Conservacin Peridica en todo el
corredor vial que consiste en ejecutar labores de parchado con emulsin asfltica, eliminacin de derrumbes menores, limpieza de
cunetas, limpieza de alcantarillas. Adems de la partida de emergencia vial, donde se construyen cunetas revestidas de concreto,
muros de mampostera y alcantarillas de TMC de 24, 36 y 48 respectivamente.
Este proyecto contribuye de manera importante al desarrollo socioeconmico de los pobladores de esta zona deprimida de los andes
peruanos, asegurando un empleo estable y mejorando su calidad de vida, adems de aportar comodidad a los usuarios de la va
mejorando considerablemente los tiempos de viaje.
To the present, the project has reached a cumulative progress of 85.71% and the Periodic Preservation activities along the road have
been completed. Currently, Routine Preservation activities are being carried out after the Periodic Preservation undertaken along the
road corridor comprising patching work with asphalt emulsion and cleaning up of minor slides, ditches and sewers in addition to road
emergency activities, where concrete-lined ditches are being built, as well as masonry walls and 24, 36 and 48 TMC sewers,
respectively.
This project contributes in an important way to the social and economic development of the inhabitants of this depressed area of the
Peruvian Andes, ensuring stable jobs and improving their quality of life, in addition to contributing comfort to road users and considerably
reducing journey times.

A progress near to 90% has been currently reached. Works such as earthmoving, paving structure construction and the execution of
artworks move on. Road asphalting has reached kilometer 52, leading to the entrance to the city of San Ignacio, except for the so-called
critical sectors that require a solution outside the scope of the project.
On the other hand, there are adverse weather conditions such as the start of the wet season, which has prevented the project's
completion in a sector of an alternate route where the total work is now focused and we still have the problematic of interferences from
utilities and electrical posts, as well as some properties pending to be released, which mostly hinder earthmoving work in this sector.
During the contract execution, we have maintained our local labor hiring commitment across the populations in which the project has
been developed, creating welfare to the people beneted in these towns.

Currently, the earthmoving completion percentage has reached 13%, represented in 275.000 m3 and strengthened during the current
year with 5 earthmoving fronts and 2 xed-rock blasting fronts. Soon, activities will be carried out in double shifts, enabling a faster
progress according to the execution schedule agreed to with the Entity.
Work has been developed as set out, in full conformance with the owner's indications and within the deadlines established, the activities
developed comply with the required Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
Likewise, a permanent interaction with the communities living near to the project has been maintained in such a way as to ensure that
they are fully aware of the activities left to be developed and giving priority to the hiring of local unskilled labor, in addition to building a
route with improved trafc, safety and esthetic conditions.

Luego de la entrega al Gobierno Regional de Moquegua de la construccin total y sealizacin del Km0+000 al Km2+800 del tramo I, se
vienen adelantando los trabajos de mejoramiento y ejecucin de obras a nivel de sub rasante, pues la va de acuerdo a la ltima
instruccin, deber quedar con especicaciones tcnicas de categora 2, incluyendo la correccin de curvas, reingeniera, para
peraltes, sobre anchos, obras de drenaje y muros. De igual manera se adelanta la ejecucin de los cortes con las entre bermas
correspondientes y sostenimiento de taludes, los cuales en puntos crticos se considera conveniente corregir hacia el lado opuesto para
evitar la generacin de fallas geolgicas y/o aoramientos que afecten la seguridad de la va.
El avance a la fecha del plazo contractual, consiste la ejecucin de las obras de drenaje correspondientes a alcantarillado, tambin se
desarrollan actividades de mantenimiento de la va y movimiento de tierras, con la adecuacin de sub rasante y construccin de base
granular, el resto del proyecto se desarrollar en una primera estancia a nivel de sub-rasante con un ancho de plataforma de 10.50
metros.
Adicional a estos trabajos, se avanza con la Ingeniera en los cambios requeridos por el diseo para pasar la va de categora 3 a
categora 2 siempre tratando de optimizar tanto el trazado original como la inversin nal.
After delivery to the Moquegua Regional Town Hall of the total construction and signposting from Km0+000 to Km2+800 of Leg I,
improvement works are underway as well as the execution of sub-ground level works, bearing in mind that based on last instructions, the
road should have the Category 2 technical specs, including curve correction, re-engineering for banks, drainage works and walls.
Likewise, cutting activities with the placement of berms and slope stabilization are underway, which are considered to be corrected in
some critical points to the opposite side in order to avoid creating geologic faults and/or outcrops that may endanger the road safety.
The progress as of the date of the contractual deadline comprises the execution of drainage work relevant to sewage. Also, road
maintenance activities along the road and earthmoving are being carried out, with the sub-ground level adjustment and granular base
construction. The rest of the project will be developed rst at the sub-ground level with a platform width of 10.50 meters.
In addition to these works, we are working on the engineering of changes required to design to go from a category 3 road to category 2,
always striving to optimize both the original outline and the nal investment.

Los hitos 54 y 55 avanzan con labores especcas que dependen de su propio rendimiento, el primer hito consiste en la construccin de la va
entre Wild Acres Road y el Centro Ranchero Boulevard, y el segundo comprende el canal de derivacin del lago Seminole y Wild Acres Road,
ambos ubicados en el estado de Florida.
En el primer tramo inicia construccin de los estanques E-4 y W-3 para estructurar el sistema de drenaje a lo largo de Wild Acres Road y Rose
Tree Way, con reparaciones en la va existente con pavimento temporal. Adicionalmente se adelanta el ensanchamiento en ambas direcciones
de la carretera. Las fases II A y B estn listas para la transferencia de trco a la zona media, labores que se encuentran nalizadas en su
totalidad.
El progreso del hito 55 se encuentra separado en varias fases, de las cuales se deriva un avance especco entre el 45% y el 70%, las fechas
programadas para la nalizacin de estas fases se prevn para junio de 2015, por lo pronto se han adelantado las labores de instalacin de
redes de servicios pblicos, actividades de drenaje, terminacin de calzadas, aceras, alumbrado y de sealizacin.
Un siguiente reto importante a alcanzar es la conclusin de los trabajos bajo tierra a lo largo del costado norte de Ulmerton Road, perteneciente
al hito 55, donde la instalacin de la tubera de drenaje profundo comenz en agosto del ao anterior entre la avenida del lago y Wild Acres Road,
la cual ha logrado un avance aproximado del 52%. Esto ha permitido que los equipos de drenaje avancen con la instalacin de tuberas al lado
este de Lake Avenue y una vez que se haya completado estas labores se continuar con el trabajo en carretera.

En el mes de febrero se celebr en Ciudad de Panam la tercera Cumbre Anual de Proyectos Capitales e Infraestructura de
Centroamrica y Pases del Caribe los das 4 y 5 del mismo mes en el Hotel Trump Ocean Club, que cont adems con la participacin
de 60 expertos entre panameos e internacionales.
Los temas principales de la cumbre se debati sobre los megaproyectos en Centroamrica, la facilidad de acceso a capital para
nanciacin de proyectos, estructuracin de concesiones a largo plazo y las perspectivas para Desarrolladores de Proyecto y
Oportunidades con Concesiones EPC, mitigacin y gestin de riesgos en el xito de proyectos.

Como una iniciativa que fomente la participacin de diferentes rmas interventoras se lanza la segunda versin de estos premios que
pretenden ser prerrequisito para el Premio Iberoamericano de Excelencia en Gestin.
En una ceremonia de lanzamiento que cont con el presidente de la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI), Luis Fernando Andrade,
el jefe del a Ocina de Control Interno, Diego Bustos, y representantes de las rmas participantes.
El papel de las interventoras es fundamental para una correcta ejecucin de nuestros proyectos, seal el Doctor Andrade en un acto
celebrado en la sede de la entidad en Bogot.

His current job title is Corporate Head of Procurement. His duties have
always been related to the main work of negotiating the raw and
additional resources for all projects assigned at national level and one
of his biggest challenges has been adapting to the changes and
evolution that the organization has brought to him in these 22 years of
continuous service.
Conalvias means everything for him. He rst started working for us with
goals and dreams that he has attained during all these years and have
enabled him to reach his full potential in his occupational and personal
life. His family is formed by his wife Mara Nidia Diaz Marn - whom he
has been married to for 32 years - and their children, Lina Mara and
Manuel Alejandro. They are witnesses to the great commitment that
Manuel has shown to the company.
In his own words, he take a view to those years and makes some
memories: One of the most grateful and rewarding things to be part of
Conalvas, is be part of the evolution and growth of the company, to be
important every day bringing my work, with a sense of belonging and
love".
In his mind, he has also preserved the memories of that time in which
engineers Cesar and Edgar Jaramillo ran the organization from Cali and
kept in touch with the members, a characteristic that he personally
admired from them as they showed how important it was for them to
interact and know the needs of our members. This interaction is still
important and it can be seen in the success that Conalvias has reached
not overnight, but always having a safe route to go and managing a clear
and steady dynamics to face each new challenge that comes our way.
