for interacting directly with information management applications
using standard non proprietary SOAP protocol. (Simple Object
Access Protocol) based on XML data exchange.

Memory expansion

The TSX ETG 3xxx includes an

internal Flash memory : 32 MB.

USB port

Extension of storage memory is provided by

a Standard Compact Flash slot Type II
in which customer can insert compact flash
cards up to 1Gb.

Specific features :

The battery :

keeps the Real Time Clock of the module.

The battery is delivered with the TSX ETG 30 and

must be installed by the user.

Used for the Datalogging and the Real time clock

Hardware Overview GSM SIM Card

Specific features :

The TSX ETG 302 uses a GSM modem, so the

use of a SIM card is mandatory in the GSM
world.

NOTE: A GSM CSD ( DATA

subscription) is required (GPRS not yet
supported )

The SIM card is located behind the module.

IMEI number

IMEI number is printed on the GSM board of the

module. Used by the GSM network to identify valid
devices
The IMEI number can be used to stop a stolen
phone from accessing the network.
