LEGAL ASPECTS

18, some services on the hospital type D as follows:
1. Public medical Services, which include basic medical services medical services,
dental services, KIA/KB
2. Emergency Services, which include 24 hours and 7 days smeinggu
3. Basic Medical Services, which include child health, internal medicine, surgery
and obstetrics and Gynecology. Special Hospital grade D at least 2 of the 4 basic
specialist medical services.
4.

Specialist medical support Services, which includes Radiology and clinical


pathology.

5. Service of nursing and midwifery, which include nursing and midwifery care of
orphanage.
6. supporting Services clinic, which includes intensive care at the hospital type D
just enough with the HCU, blood services, nutritional, pharmaceutical, instrument
sterilization, medical record.
Ancillary services include clinic non laundry/linen, kitchen/catering,
engineering and maintenance facilities, waste management facilities, warehouses,
ambulance, communications, morgue, firefighters, medical gas management,
shelter clean water.

1. Basic Medical Services, each at least 4 General practitioners and dentists and

A discussion of infrastructure is also described in article 20 which reads:

SUPPLY AND PHARMACY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


Management of pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical supply management
system isan activity cycle that began planning to evaluation are interlinked with
each other . The activities include the planning , procurement , receipt , storage,
distribution , control , recording and reporting , deletions , monitoring and
evaluation
( Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices MOH , 2008)
According to the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical
Devices MOH (2008 )the main tasks of the management of pharmaceutical
supplies , among others :
a. Managing pharmaceuticals effective and efficient.
b. Applying thepharmacoeconomicsin service.
c. Improve the competency or the capability pharmacy staff.
d. Management Information Systems realizing efficient and appropriate.
e. Implement quality control of services.

The function of management of pharmaceutical supplies , among others :


a. Choosing pharmaceutical supplies as needed hospital services.
b. Plan needs optimally pharmaceuticals.
c. Holding pharmaceuticals based on the plan that has been made in accordance
with applicable regulations.
d. Producing pharmaceuticals to meet the needs of health care in hospitals.
e. Receive pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with the specifications and
regulations.
f. Storing pharmaceuticals in accordance with the specifications and requirements of
pharmacy.
g. Distribute pharmaceuticals to care units in hospitals.
h. Do the recording and reporting of inventory pharmaceuticals in hospitals.
i. Monitoring and evaluation , to supply pharmaceuticals in hospitals.
