Managed the complete product life cycle right from the ideation phase to the product launch. Defined the
product strategy and maintained the product roadmap for the Payment systems and Ancillary airline services
portfolio. Launched many innovative products like Expressway(single click checkout), Multi-city bookings,
Airport taxi, Travel insurance, Pay by Cash, Pay by EMI(monthly installments), Seat selection, Alternate
travel solutions etc. Was responsible for optimizing the payment systems both on the front end & back end,
which helped double the transactions while reducing the payment conversion failure rate to half. Integrated
with several Credit card/Debit card payment gateways and Net banking payment gateways, architected a
fault tolerant system for a dynamic deployment of these gateways to counter down time. Introduced 15 new
banks to the net banking platform including a major player (SBI Maestro).
