Always Best Care provides professional care options for seniors and families through locally owned and operated
senior care agencies throughout North America. Established in 1996, Always Best Care began franchising in 2007.
Business/Strategic Acumen - As a part of the franchisor executive team, coached franchised locations to
develop and execute financial, employee, client, marketing, and operational goals and objectives. Major role in
helping company-wide revenues grow from $2.2 Million in 2008 to exceed $100 Million in 2015.
Senior Health Care - Developed and manage the Always Best Care University franchise training program
focused on educating franchise owners to set up, market, and manage a local senior care agency.

The LEGO Toy Group designs and manufactures toys and materials for kids and families.
National and Regional Marketing - Planned and executed retail initiatives for western states involving the
design and management of retail operational programs within national chain stores, including Wal-Mart,
Kohls, Toys R Us, Target, and Kmart. Ensured maximization of store level product at the point of distributions
selling floor through a push and pull operational program.
