Plains Surcharge Refund
November 15, 2005.
Take notice that on November 4,
2005, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line
Corporation (Transco) filed its report of
Great Plains Surcharge refunds for the
period November 1, 2003 through
March 31, 2004. Transco states that its
filing complies with the Great Plains
Refund Provisions in section 39 of the
general terms and conditions (GT&C) of
Transco’s FERC Gas Tariff.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
