THE GOOD AND THE EVIL

Every great achievement begins its journey in the mind (Proverbs 4:23; James 1:14, 15; Matthew
12:35). Desire is the mother of any invention. Strong desire must certainly give rise to equivalent
action:
1. Good deeds (Philippians 4:8)
2. Corruption (2 Peter 1:4; Matthew 15:19, 20)

The devil has put so many people in captivity by their desires. Once a meditation graduates to
desire, and a desire graduates to passion, a positive or negative action will be born, except a
divine hand stops the motion through our subconscious.

Humans are free moral agents. Influences decide our actions. These influences generate desires
that have the capacity to put us into action.

If you can exercise dominion by being able to decide what influences you, you can decide your
destiny. If anyone is termed “Good”, it is because he/she has the will power enough to say ‘No!’
to evil desires.

The devil uses subtlety to motivate people into negative motions by judging against the good
things you believe, put you on a neutral gear, and paints an option that seems good to you in
disguise; only for you to get to the end of the road and discover that destruction is awaiting you.
After all, you also find out that you have come to a point where you think there is no more way
to return from such evil doing. For example, a life of alcohol, a life of sexual promiscuity-
homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, incest, adultery, etc., a life of whoredom (having sex with
anyone and in anywhere), witchcraft practices (occultism or becoming an assassin), becoming an
arm bandit, becoming a drug addict, thereby coming to a point of suicidal (which many people
think is the only way to ending a life of misery). All these are the results of a futile life caused by
the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden.

But thank God, there is good news: the power of God can set you free from any yoke of bondage
through Jesus Christ (Matthew 11:28, 29).

There is no medical doctor that can help you out of any of the above-mentioned habit, not even a
Psychiatrist can. This is because those habits are not natural. They are controlled by demons.
Demonic forces make you do them. That is why those that are involved in such habits cannot say
‘No!’ to the urges thereof.

The only way you can be free from those habits is to receive Jesus Christ into your life and have
those demons exorcised from you through prayers by the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:5-13;
16:16-18).

The amazing thing is that those addictions cause the incurring of incurable diseases like cancer
and some others; and yet, the addicts can’t stop themselves from those habits. These habits even
have power over the addicts’ finances until they go bankrupt, start living on credit or indulge in
more illegal actions in order to satisfy their demonic hunger or urges. May God have mercy on
them! But like I said, Jesus is the answer!

Until the evil spirits behind those habits (which are bent on destroying your life by corrupting
your bodies with demonic diseases) are cast out of you by the power of God, you will never be
free from the habits (Ephesians 1:1-3).
