Identify TWO local organizations. Then:


1. Compare any FOUR motivational theory, give at least TWO advantages and TWO

disadvantages (16 MARKS)


2. Based on the theories compared suggest THREE strategies that the organization can use to

improve staff motivation. (6 MARKS)


3. Provide a rationale for each strategy suggested. (15 MARKS)

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT

Give a brief description of same: (name, location/environment, and number of


persons on staff. Provide an organizational chart for each. Then:

Conduct a survey (questionnaires/interviews) on the level of staff morale and the


strategies used to motivate staff.

Submit a report on your findings. Your report should include:

Overview of the organization

A summary of your findings i.e. level of morale.

Organizational charts

Samples of your questionnaires and interview questions.

Use APA writing style to format and reference document.

Write in standard English
