SUMMARY: The FAA invites public
comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget’s
(OMB) approval for a new information
collection. The respondents to this
information collection will be FAR Part
135 and Part 121 operators. The FAA
will use the information to ensure

for a reentry operator after examining
the risk associated with a reentry
vehicle, its operational capabilities, and
its designated reentry site.
