Fahad Al-Juaid is a mechanical engineer with over 11 years of extensive


experience in petrochemicals plants maintenance field with global
petrochemicals companies. In addition, enjoy with effective leadership
skills that admire proficient to occupy roles of responsbilities between
executive management and departmental organization to achieve strategic
plan. His current role as maintenance manager encompasses developing,
planning, and controlling maintenance budget. He manages active safety
program for the maintenance department and reviews safety records
to uphold standards of maximum safety for maintenance organization.
He has developed manpower of new plant in accordance best practice in
maintenance management & enhanced manpower productivity though
analyzing and increasing utilization of manpower. He aims to promote
change and improve maintenance process to achieve highest availability
and productivity while maintaining safety, health environmental policies
and procedures.

Gianluigi Conti is a skilled and experienced maintenance engineer of 27


with extensive experience in project implementations, project group leading,
maintenance engineering (reliability, availability, and maintainability
studies and systems) and planning techniques. He is experiences in dealing
with new challenges and finding solutions for continuous improvement of
business processes relevant to maintenance. His specialties include business
process analysis, problem solving, database implementation, e-learning

Trinath Sahoo is a mechanical engineer with 17 Years of technical and
engineering management experience in the largest Public Sector oil
Company in India- the Indian Oil Corporation ltd and 3years of experience
in a state of the art power plant built by ABB Sweden owned by M/S
Indian Charge Chromes ltd. He has technical experience and knowledge of
various kinds of mechanical and process equipment and machinery used in
petroleum refinery such as different kinds and types of pump sets, valves,
pipelines, coolers, heat exchangers, filters, flocculation equipments, ionexchangers, molecular sieves, sprayers, scrubbers, fans, chemical dozers,
aerators, bio-filters, process line instruments, etc. He has experience and
exposure in multi disciplinary areas involving maintenance management,
plant installation, erection, commissioning, plant design and engineering,
project consultancy, project management and coordination etc. He has a
proven track record in implementing TPM , FMECA , cost saving measures
and statutory environmental protection measures to achieve substantial
improvements in petroleum refinery. He is an effective communicator with
assertive and strong leadership qualities and analytical abilities. He has

Mohammed Ghazy has over 10 years of hands-on experience managing
mega construction projects, planning and scheduling, cost control,
procurement, subcontracting, and quality assurance. His projects have
included thermal power stations, power transmission lines, five stars resorts,
residential/commercial buildings & public/industrial facilities. Over 10
years hands-on excellence & quality concepts implementation, coaching
and training organizations in different businesses on the application of
European Excellence Model (EFQM), process based quality management
system, balanced score cards (BSC), business process re-engineering (BPR),
and total quality management (TQM), with proven records in public/
private sectors. mastering corporate strategic planning and performance
management, with sound experience in cascading down objectives,
strategies and performance measures into business units/personnel level,
conducting assessment & review and feedback the improvement cycle.
Muhammed Ghazy has thorough experience in different managerial and

Troy Hill-Anderson has over 17 years of experience in the field of
maintenance and is currently the maintenance manager with SATORP. His
past experience includes that of methods and reliability superintendant
with SATORP, corporate reliability engineer with TOTAL & senior reliability
engineer with TOTAL in Paris and the UK respectively.

Shutdown Lead
Ayman Kadah is currently the shutdown lead for QG3&4 at Qatargas
Operating Company. He is responsible for all planned and non planned
maitenance overall shutdowns for the new QG3&4 LNG trains facilities
both upstream and down stream, the largest LNG facility in the world
Prior to this he had worked at QG3&4 with project managment team PMT
and the contractors (CTJV) as commissioning lead, overlooking all PMC
activities, in charge of 40+ operational team members to complete all pre
mechanical completion activities of 4 Miga Sulfur recovery units, including
chemical cleaning, Refractory dry out, Degreasing and commissoining of
4X600 tons/hr for QG3&4 project. He has also worked in the capacity of
operations advisor with Qatargas. He also holds 17 years of experience with
adgas as process shift charge engineer.
William Le Hanie, Oryx GTL, SAP Specialist
William Le Hanie is a certified SAP Plant Maintenance Application Consultant
with 25 years Routine and Shutdown Maintenance Business experience as
well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and
Asset Performance Management (APM) experience. He has studied and
implemented CMMS World Best Class Practices for Maintenance Business
Processes for the past 22 years. He did his first CMMS Project in 1990 and
completed 9 full cycle SAP R/3 implementations and has achieved several
business process optimization and support for plant maintenance and
production in various process industries (which includes the oil and gas
industry, chemical industry, mining industry and iron/steel manufacturing).
He has presented keynotes on maintenance best practices at several
maintenance and turnaround conferences in the Middle East and South
Africa.
