Seminars and Conferences: Seminars and conferences are the best way of self-managed
learning, because people took part in the seminars and conferences to share ideas and
experiences that will help them to improve the development of personal skills and
personality, sharing their personal ideas coming out of new things. It also helps to improve
their self-confidence.
Social Networks: This is another way that the self-study, to socialize, you may have to the

of the four trainees who started last year. They have all completed their plans
