Advantages
It penetrates in-depth blocking the capillaries and cracks of to 0.4 mm
in width.
Freeze-thaw resistance.

The concrete shall be free from dust, loose material, surface contamination
and materials which reduce bond or prevent suction or wetting by repair
materials. This can be done by means of light, wet or dry sandblasting,
high pressure water jetting or wire brushing.

Mixing
SikaSeal -250 Migrating can be mixed with a low speed (<500 rpm) hand
drill mixer. Pour the water in the correct proportion into a suitable mixing
container, and adding progressively the powder, while the mortar is mixed,
this process is realized during 3-4 minutes to the required consistency.
Application Methods /
Tools
SikaSeal -250 Migrating can be applied by means brush or spray. First layer
of SikaSeal -250 Migrating must be penetrated well into the substrate.
For the application by spray method, the required air pressure is
approximately 5 bar and the delivery of air 500 l/min.
Apply the second layer while the first layer is wet (wet on wet), approxiately
4 hours at 20C.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.

Notes on Application /
Limitations
Do not add water over recommended dosage.
Protect freshly applied material from freezing and rain at least during
the first 24 hours.
Avoid application in direct sun and / or strong wind.
Do not apply SikaSeal -250 Migrating at temperatures below +10C.
Curing Details
As curing treatment, the support must be damp at least during 5 days.
For information and advice on the safe handling, storage and disposal of

Sheet containing physical, ecological, toxicological and other safety-related
data.

must test the products suitability for the intended application and purpose. Sika reserves the right to change the properties of its products.
