Faculty & Staff:-Well Qualified Staffs with Variety of skills
Student-Centered:-Provides Easy Access and strong academic preparation
for students. Open welcome atmosphere, dedicated faculty and staff,
comfortable classes and excellent tutoring centers
Diversity:-Provides training in various educational Level as BBS, BSCIT,Alevel, plus-2 science, management, humanities
Extra Curricular Activities (ECA):- Artistic and cultural Performances
(seminars/exhibits), sport events as cricket tournament, basketball
tournament etc.

Work burden:- High and unequal workloads faculty & staffs


Staff coordination:- lack of coordination between the staffs

Financial Policies:- Not defined properly
Internal Control Policies:-Not defined properly
Software integration: - not integrated. While integrating billing and
accounting software of MIDAS actual data of billing software is integrated
(modification of data in billing software may result in loss of data) but the
management is hesitant to show the actual data of billing software for tax
purpose.
Staff & Faculty Development and Training:- Lack Of time and resources
including training for teaching online courses

Opportunities
Growth Of organization:a. With recent acquisition of NCIT and KIST college, theres a possibility of
increasing revenue by increasing no. of students through
implementation of various programs
b. Implementation of various Internal control policies over receipt, payment
and others
c. Centralized accounting system
d. Centralized Reporting Sharing

Distant Education:-By growing online courses and programs


Workforce Training:-Focus on specific careers that lead to professional
development and advancement. Create new jobs and opportunities through

improved relationship with employees.


Attracting high School Students:-Revisit right program and activities for
attracting High school Students
Alternative Funding :-Seek new funding sources , including grants, and
expanded facilities, use agreements for additional revenues
Growth potential:- through merger, acquisition or new-construction
Technological advancements:- in teaching methodologies

Threats
Competition:- Growing competition with public and private institutions
Pending Retirements:-Faculty/staff with unique skills and special
knowledge and many years of experience retiring in upcoming years and
will be difficult to replace
Growth of Organization: - Though our organization is expanding with
recent acquisition of NCIT and KIST following problems may arise.
a. Implementation of Group Culture:- which may vary with organization
b. Merging Reports:- Reporting style of an individual organization varies
from other, merging such reports may be hectic
c. Centralized Accounting system
d. Coordination between staffs
Audit Report:-not representing actual financial positions in audit report
and the possible risks
Increase in Reporting expected by government and Society
