COCHABAMBA CITY

Date : From 16th April to 20th April

PROGRESS OF THE WHOLE SCHEDULE
We can conclude that from the schedule we completed 60%, we have some
delays due to some problems in the city such strike, blocked streets.
We had to started with cluster 4 the next week but due to the problems we
couldnt.
WORK DESCRIPTION OF THIS WEEK
This week we started the drive test in 16 th April in the morning with Cluster 1 in
order to complete this cluster, in the afternoon we started with cluster 2.
From 16th April Afternoon until 18th April we finished cluster 2. We had some
problems in the street and the city when we did the drive test of this cluster.
From 19th April Morning to 20th we started to collect data of cluster 3, we didnt
complete yet this cluster.
The problems in the city and problems in core network with CS service have
delayed the schedule; we hope this week we will not have to face any problem
in order to complete the drive test in the city.
PLAN FOR THE NEXT WEEK
The next week we will continue the drive test of Cluster 3 and Cluster 4.
For Cluster 5 we have a little problem there will be 5 new sites inside this
cluster, and there will be some changes in the azimuth, down tilt of some sites.
Those changes can affect to our suggestions, for this we will talk with Entel
guys to decide what to do.
DIFFICULTIES AND ALARMS
In the drive test that we did in Cluster 1, cluster 2 and cluster 3 we saw some
problems in some sites:

Some node B couldnt reach more than 2 Mbps, but we coordinated with
RNC engineer and he restarted the node B after this it work normally. We
have some cases that we have to check with more detail.

Some sites have cross sectors, this week we will coordinate with Ariel in
order to solve this problem.
In the city there are a lot of missing neighbors which are affecting to the
service. Some of these missing neighbors are included in the CDD but
not in the RNC, we have to solve this problem.
The problems with CS Core network affected to the drive test because
we couldnt do any CS call, It can affect the KPI, we hope in next week
there will not have problems about this.
