Consider to have most efficiency frequency using, after 10M GL refarming, LTE will use the left 10MHz to avoid any
interference from other operator, and right continuous 5MHz will be GSM, which means total 25 TCHs, far away 2.5MHz
will be GSM BCCHs. The Buffer Zone and 5Mz LTE areas spectrum distribution is like following:

Project Risks and Degradation

#

01

Risk

Access issues for sites

access

02

Equipment supplying

03

Confirmation/approval
for TSS template, TSSR,
MW delay

Impact

The sites/cluster cannot be swapped

Delay the overall schedule of the
project

Solution

OyM & IMP check the sites list and try to solve the
possible access issues in advance
Set up a team dedicated to solve the access issues
Shutdown the NSN GSM site if possible. If not possible
Claro needs to config the frequency with NSN

Will delay the new sites implementation

accordingly the swap and overall
schedule will be delayed.

Planning ensure the antennas supplying on time

Huawei delivery the equipment and materials on time
In RANSA W/H Huawei engineer will work there to
manage the equipment distribution and avoid
equipment shortage and mismatch

Delay the overall schedule of the

project

Define procedure and SLA, both parties need to follow

the SLA .
Consider enough resource according to master plan in
advance
