I need to inform you that as primarily you wanted to run the website on Internet Explorer and chrome,
but due to compatibility issues, it did not work. But it worked fine on Firefox and you are comfortable

Although, initially you called us to run the website in Internet Explorer and even after troubleshooting I
could not get it working in Internet Explorer, however it is working fine in Chrome and you agree to

For Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, you must send the message to actually store these addresses in the

downloaded the driver for HP printer
files got extracted in %temp%, so opened it copied the 7ZGFER folder to desktop, browser to
7ZGFER\setup\utils\ccc and ran 'uninstall L3' batch file to uninstall the printer cleanly

I would like to inform you that we recommend to keep the windows updates off because,
sometimes they make certain changes in your computer, which create inconvenience and might
interfere with other sofware's normal functioning. I am not saying that the windows update are
bad, however we as technicians download the selective windows update when they are really
required to fix a certain problem. So normally we should keep the windows updates off
change the folder options so that hidden files and folders, OS files and folder and the
file extensions do not show up.

I need to inform you this that whenever I go to CCOD Vikas Sharma for headset, he asks me to wait
and says that he will keep headsets for Tier 2 first and Tier 3 can manage with handset. This is
happening since 1 month.
Repaired MS office, reconfigured Outlook, e-mails working fine, however its an official e-mail ID of
customer and he did not expect the Outgoing e-mails to work, he says when her wife will go to office,
she will confirm the Outlook settings from there, currently her incoming e-mail is working and
Outgoing not, however her primary concern was Corrupt Outlook which is working fine now, call him
back 9.00 PM to 11.00 PM EST tomorrow

Hi sir,
I need to inform you about the misbehavior of Anand Jha that he did on 27th March around 4:30 AM
(we were doing the 26th March shift).
He already new that my shift ends at 3.30 AM, remote sheet was with Deep Singh, on which he has
already removed names of 6.30 PM login team-members.
I was logged in to workstation near 'Printer' and he was sitting in bay where Dax's workstation is and
where all the Tier1s were logged in.
At around 4.15 AM, 1 of the Tier 1s was asking for remote and Anand Jha took my name, I ignored it
because I knew, he was trying to provoke me. He again took my name twice in gap of 10-15 seconds. I
again ignored that. Till now, I did not turn around to check who else was sitting there.
At around 4.30 AM, (in presence of Deep, Dax, Inderpal, Mukesh, Ankita) Tier 1 Mukesh told me that
your LMI is on 'away' status and Ankita is trying to transfer remote to you. I asked Ankita who asked
you to do that, She said Anand Jha. I asked Anand Jha, why did you do that, he says I asked her 'Not
Rohit Joshi' but Kishore Paul. Ankita says, Anand, you asked me to transfer it to Rohit Joshi and you
know that. I then crossed the bay and went to Anand, asked him why did he do that, he kept giving
lame excuses of his own, I confirmed from Deep, Haven't you striked off names of 6.30 PM login
Tier3s. Deep nodded in acceptance, he has done that.
I then told Dax as he can see whats happening here, so please take care of this.
Sir, this is very humiliating as well as intentionally getting my work code punched, when my shift has
already ended.
I would request you to ask for an explanation from Anand Jha and also eventually some action against
him. If you want, you can take me, Anand and Dax to discuss this even after my shift.
