A2. No. All 10 offers are not applicable on any one tour. You can pick and choose
any tour from the list given, and any one or more offers will be applicable on

Q3. What is the validity of this offer?
A3. This offer is valid for bookings received from 26th August till 01st September
2015 and will be available either till stocks run out or till 01st September
2015 whichever is earlier.

Q5. When do I have to actually travel on the main holiday?
A5. You can choose to travel on dates available between 01st October 2015 till
31st March 2016.
Q6. How do I become eligible?
A6. As soon as you make the full and final payment for your booking, you are
eligible for the 10 Ka Josh Offer. For International Holidays, in case you do

not have a valid passport, then you must get one but keep in mind the date
of departure.
Q7. When can I avail the 7 Night Stay in Switzerland Free?
A7. You can avail the 7 Night Free stay in Switzerland once you made the full
tour cost payment for your main tour. This Offer is Valid for travel from 1st
NOV 2015 to 31st MAR 2016 and again from 1st NOV 2016 to 31st MAR
2017 (Barring blackout periods check for details). The Best is yet to come.
The first 1000 passengers, who would like to avail the 7 Night Free stay in
Switzerland offer, can travel during 01 April till 30 June 2016. This offer is
valid for the first 1000 passengers on first come first serve basis only or till
bookings received till 01st September 2015 whichever is earlier. Once the first
1000 passengers are booked or after 1st September 2015 whichever is earlier
the said offer will not be applicable and rest all the passengers will have to
travel on the dates from 0-1st Nov to 31st March as mentioned above
Q8. When can I give my booking request for the Free 7 Night stay in
Switzerland?
A8. You will have to give your booking request for Free 7 Night stay in Switzerland
atleast 60 days prior to your departure
Q9. Do I have to pay any supplements or charges to avail the Free 7 Nights
stay in Switzerland?
A9. No. You dont have to pay any supplement charges if you are one of the
first 1000 passengers or for all passengers booked till 1st September 2015
whichever is earlier. However you can buy any services like the air tickets,
insurance, visa services, meals, sightseeings etc. at a very reasonable
price. Please check with our sales officer for further details.

For all passengers booked after 1st Sept. 2015 or the first 1000 passengers
are booked, to avail the 7 night Free holiday, you would need to compulsorily
buy the Airtickets and sightseeing and meals package from Cox & Kings only.

Q10. When will I get the Free 2 Nights Domestic Holiday?


A10. You will get the anytime after completing your main tour or when you paid
the tour cost of your main tour (where free Domestic Holiday is applicable).
You can avail the Free 2 Nights Domestic Holiday on dates of your choice but
complete the free holiday before 31st March 2016. However these holidays
cannot be availed during peak periods, long weekends, Trade Fair, Diwali,
Christmas, New Year, etc.
Q11. Where do I book my holiday?
A11. You can book your holiday at any of our Cox and Kings offices, franchisees

or preferred agents or on our website www.coxandkings.com or by paying


a minimum amount of Rs. 3,000 per person to reserve your holiday.
Q12. Can I book ONLINE and OFFLINE?
A12. Yes the offer is valid both online and offline.

Q17. How much would I have to pay for the holiday?

Q18. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday
packages?
A18. Apart from the applicable price mentioned in the price grids, each passenger
will have to pay for GST and any optionals if selected. High season charges
will be extra (if any, during Peak Period / certain holidays trade fairs / or
any other period specifically mentioned). For this offer, we recommend that
you process the visas, the overseas mediclaim insurance policy and other
appropriate insurances and basic travel quota through Cox & Kings.
NOTE:
VISA:
It is recommended to do your visa application through Cox & Kings. Please note
this service is only a facilitation service and Cox & Kings does NOT guarantee
a visa. The consulate / embassy is entitled to ask you to provide additional
documents and / or make a personal appearance and they have a
right to reject your application.
INSURANCE:
It is recommended that you purchase a Travel / Medical Insurance Policy to cover the
risk to life, limb and property whilst on tour from an insurance company identified
and named by Cox & Kings. You must check the accuracy and correctness of the

policies and in case of any errors report the same to the Insurance Company to
rectify it as Cox & Kings will not be responsible for the same. Please note that
any claim would have to be referred directly to the insurance company and Cox

Q25. Is the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer And Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday Transferable?
A25. Yes, the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer and Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday is transferable.
Q26. Is the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer or 2 Nights FREE domestic
holiday encashable?
A26. No, the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer and Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday is not encashable.
Q27. Is this offer valid during Peak Period / certain holidays / trade fairs or
any other period?
A27. No, the offer is not valid for travel during Festival / Peak period, Christmas,
New Year, Chinese New Year, etc, or on long weekends, black out period.
Q28. What happens if my visa is rejected and / or my passport is delayed due
to any procedural delays?
A28. In case you are not granted your visa and / or you did not get the visa
and / or your passport in time and if you have proof of the consulate
rejecting your visa, you may be able to shift to another tour of a similar
value. This will be subject to availability and this change should be at least
60 days prior to the departure of the tour. In case of visa rejection the
documentation amount is non-refundable. You will be given a choice to
travel on any holiday which does not require a visa (subject to availability)
from the list, upto 60 days prior to departure and will still be eligible for
your Free Holiday. If the change is less than 30 days prior to departure
date, then the transfer will not be allowed and you will not be entitled
to any benefit or amount in lieu thereof with this offer. The cancellation
charges listed in this booklet shall apply. The payment made towards the
foreign exchange component would be refunded at the bankers buying
rate prevailing on the date of signing of the cheque.

Q29. What if the visa of the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer is rejected?
A29. If the visa for the Free 7 Night stay in Switzerland tour is rejected then we
regret to inform that you will not be able to avail the said offer. There would
not be any refund or cash in lieu of the offer payable. Please refer to the point
in Q 27 the said policy will apply
Q30. What if Cox and Kings cancels my tour?
A30. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning
any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates /
tours.If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable, we would refund the
money paid by you. However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay
any compensation on or damages or consequential loss or to refund any
other expenses incurred by you. However, in the event of the Company
exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour / holiday advertised in their
Brochure / itinerary after it has been booked but prior to eparture, you shall
have the option to continue with the tour / holiday as amended or altered
or to accept any alternative tour / holiday, which the Company may offer.
In either of these above cases the ompany shall not be liable to you for any
damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by you or to pay
any amount as refund.

Please Note:

This condition does not apply due to cancellation of tours by the company
due to Force Majeure conditions.
Q31. What if I do not pay on time?
A31. If your full payment (reservation amount, booking amount, documentation
charges or full payment) is not received by the due date and / or you do
not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be
entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically
charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price
(with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your
full payments. If you do not wish to travel then, you will be subject to the
applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule.
Q32. What if I cancel my booking made under this Offer?
A32. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have done under this
Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges listed in this booklet
and you will not be eligible for this offer.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR INTERNATIONAL / INDIAN HOLIDAY ONLINE


Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to our website www.coxandkings.com and click on Duniya Dekho /
Bharat Deko to choose your holiday.
Step 2: Read the itineraries, Inclusions, Exclusions, How to Book rules, Terms
and Conditions, Promotion Offer (if any), the prices, visas, taxes, optional,
Webpages and User Agreement and Cancellation policy carefully before
accepting them online.
Step 3: Pay a token reservation amount of ` 3,000 ONLINE through a debit or
credit card for International Tours / Pay an interest free non-refundable
booking amount of ` 3,000/- per person ONLINE through a debit and or a
credit card or Net Banking or you can pay the full amount of the package
in one go.
OR

You can pay an advance of ` 23,000 and the Documentation Amount


ONLINE (for international holiday) through a debit card or a credit card
which includes the following:

i) Reservation amount. ii) Interest free non-refundable booking amount.


iii) Documentation amount which will vary as per the destination.
(only for international holidays).

Step 4: Print out the Booking form and Terms and Conditions form and physically
sign the same.
Step 5: If you have only paid the token amount, then you must pay the interest free
non-refundable booking amount of ` 20,000 (for international holidays).
You must also pay the documentation amount which will vary as per the
destination. This payment must be made within 10 days from the date of
your booking. You will also have to submit your visa documents (only for
International Holidays).
Step 6: You have a choice on our website to courier the following documents
within 10 days to the address listed. Cox & Kings Limited, Attention:
Operations Manager Vaman Centre, B - Wing, Marol Makwana Road, Near
Marol Fire Brigade, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
a. If you have not paid the balance online, then issue a Cheque / Demand
draft in favour of Cox & Kings Ltd.
b. Physically signed booking form by the traveller.
c. Physically signed Terms and Conditions form by the traveller.
d. Filled and signed copy of your answers to the 3 questions & slogan by the
traveller.
e. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your passport.
f. Physically signed BTQ form by the traveller. (Only for international travel)
g. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like Telephone
Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc.
h. Visa documentation (only for international travel)

Step 7: The full and final balance amount can be paid online or offline, 45 days
prior to the departure date, to be eligible for this Offer. For tours to USA
and Australia New Zealand full and final balance amount to be paid atleast
60 days prior to the departure to be eligible for this Offer.
NOTE
If your balance payment reaches us after the due date or you have not followed
the payment deadlines as per the chart shown in Table B, you would no longer
be eligible for the Cox & Kings 10 Ka Josh Offer. You would automatically be
charged the regular brochure price or any current promotional price (with its
applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments.
On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full payment
you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid.
For ONLINE bookings, on the website via credit card, you will be able to view
the monies paid under the View Transaction listed on the site.
You will have to pay all bank charges including charges relating to cheque /
demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost.
The Courier charges will be applicable.
The Company reserves the right to decline your booking/s for any Tour or to
cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
In case of an international holiday, the prevailing rate of exchange on the date
of the transaction would be applicable.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR INTERNATIONAL / INDIAN HOLIDAY OFFLINE


Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: You can call for a brochure or download the brochure on the website
or visit any of our Cox & Kings offices, franchisees or agents for the
brochure, price grid etc.
Step 2: After reading and understanding the tour Itineraries, Inclusions,
Exclusions, How to Book rules, Visas, Optional, Taxes, Terms and
Conditions, Promotion Offer (if any), Price grid etc, select your chosen
tour.
Step 3: Read the Booking Conditions and Terms and Conditions carefully and
accept and sign them.
Step 4: Answer 3 simple questions and write a slogan asked at the end of the
booklet as to why you would like to travel to your chosen destination with
Cox & Kings.
Step 5: Pay a minimum token reservation amount of ` 3,000 to the sales staff of
our Cox & Kings offices / Franchisees / Preferred Agents / Agents who
will pay us.
OR

You can also pay all these at one time.


i) Token reservation amount of ` 3,000 per person. ii) Interest free non
refundable booking amount of ` 20,000 iii) Documentation Amount which
will vary as per the destination (only for international travel).

Step 6: If you have only paid the Token reservation amount, then you must pay
the interest free non-refundable booking amount and the documentation
amount within 10 days from the date of your booking by cheque / demand
draft or cash.
Step 7: You have to visit the outlet where you had made your Reservation Amount
payment and submit all these documents listed below:
a. If you have not paid the balance online, then issue a Cheque / Demand
heque / Demand draft in favour of Cox & Kings Ltd
b. Physically signed booking form by the traveler

c. Physically signed Terms and Conditions form by the traveler


d. Filled and signed copy of your answers to the 3 questions and a slogan.
e. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your passport
(only for international holidays)
f. Physically signed BTQ form by the traveler (Only for international travel)
g. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like
Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc.
h. PAN No. / Form 60 in case the payment is in cash
Step 8: The full and final balance amount has to be paid 45 days prior to the
departure date to be eligible for this Cash Back Offer. You have to
submit these payments at the same outlet where you did your previous
payments.
NOTE
If you are making cash payment above 20,000/- you would have to submit
a copy of your PAN Card to us and an Income Tax declaration. Any payment
made to your travel agent by you would not constitute payment to the Company
until the same is remitted to the account of the Company and cleared.
If your balance payment reaches us after the due date or you have not followed
the payment deadlines as per the chart shown in A24, you would no longer be
eligible for the Cox & Kings 10 Ka Josh. You would automatically be charged
the regular brochure price or any current promotional price (with its applicable
conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments.
On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full
payment you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid.
You will have to pay all bank charges including charges relating to cheques /
demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost.

Terms & Conditions of the Offers


1. 10 Ka Josh offer is subject to the prevailing laws including law relating
to Foreign Exchange and RBI Regulations. In case of products for which
payment in Foreign Exchange is required to be made, the client will have
to pay the same as part of the basic travel quota at the applicable rate
from Cox & Kings.
2. Please refer to our 10 Ka Josh offer booklet, Cox & Kings brochures
and price booklet for complete details, booking conditions and terms and
conditions.
3. Subject to RBI / GOI approval and current rules and also subject to terms
and conditions of Cox & Kings Ltd.
4. Festival and high season surcharge will apply. All kind of taxes, fuel hikes
as and when received, would be applicable with immediate effect. Above
mentioned tour prices is available for travel in select months only.
5. For international packages the prices are calculated as per respective
currencies (USD 1 = INR 65, EURO 1 = INR 74, 1 AUD = INR 50, 1
ZAR = INR 5.5). However the payment will be calculated at the prevailing
rates on the day of payment.
6. The benefit under the scheme is guaranteed subject to the above and
shall not be withdrawn by the company voluntarily. This is however
subject to clause 13.
7. In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the 10 Ka Josh
offer or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall
be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation
act 1996 and said will be at Mumbai.

8. The 10 Ka Josh offer does not amount to endorsement of the goods


or services provided by organization / concerns like airlines, hotels,
transport provider, cruise companies etc. whose services / products are
availed by clients redeeming the 10 Ka Josh offer or assurance as to their
quality by Cox & Kings Ltd. and the company shall not be liable for any
defect or deficiency therein.
9. Employees (and their relatives) of Cox & Kings Ltd., MEC Global, Against
The Flow, Think Why Not and Metal Communications., are not eligible to
participate in the contest.
10. All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS,
registration fees, Insurance) on the 10 Ka Josh offer shall be payable by
you. Cox & Kings will not be responsible / liable for the same.
11. All disputes related to the contest shall be subject matter of the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of
India shall be applicable to the contest.
12. All decisions pertaining to the Cox & Kings 10 Ka Josh offer are at the
sole discretion of Cox & Kings.
13. This offer is funded from a special promotional budget created by Cox &
Kings and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the
management.
14. If your booking is not accepted by the company, the amount paid by you
towards this booking would be refunded by the company.
