Q7. When can I avail the 7 Night Stay in Switzerland Free?
A7. You can avail the 7 Night Free stay in Switzerland once you made the full
tour cost payment for your main tour. This Offer is Valid for travel from 1st
NOV 2015 to 31st MAR 2016 and again from 1st NOV 2016 to 31st MAR
2017 (Barring blackout periods check for details). The Best is yet to come.
The first 1000 passengers, who would like to avail the 7 Night Free stay in
Switzerland offer, can travel during 01 April till 30 June 2016. This offer is
valid for the first 1000 passengers on first come first serve basis only or till
bookings received till 01st September 2015 whichever is earlier. Once the first
1000 passengers are booked or after 1st September 2015 whichever is earlier
the said offer will not be applicable and rest all the passengers will have to
travel on the dates from 0-1st Nov to 31st March as mentioned above
Q8. When can I give my booking request for the Free 7 Night stay in
Switzerland?
A8. You will have to give your booking request for Free 7 Night stay in Switzerland
atleast 60 days prior to your departure
Q9. Do I have to pay any supplements or charges to avail the Free 7 Nights
stay in Switzerland?
A9. No. You dont have to pay any supplement charges if you are one of the
first 1000 passengers or for all passengers booked till 1st September 2015
whichever is earlier. However you can buy any services like the air tickets,
insurance, visa services, meals, sightseeings etc. at a very reasonable
price. Please check with our sales officer for further details.
For all passengers booked after 1st Sept. 2015 or the first 1000 passengers
are booked, to avail the 7 night Free holiday, you would need to compulsorily
buy the Airtickets and sightseeing and meals package from Cox & Kings only.

Q24. If you dont want the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer would you be
eligible for a discount?
A24. NO, If you do not want the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer, you cannot
get any discount in lieu of the same.
Q25. Is the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer And Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday Transferable?
A25. Yes, the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer and Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday is transferable.
Q26. Is the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer or 2 Nights FREE domestic
holiday encashable?
A26. No, the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer and Free 2 Nights Domestic
Holiday is not encashable.
Q27. Is this offer valid during Peak Period / certain holidays / trade fairs or
any other period?
A27. No, the offer is not valid for travel during Festival / Peak period, Christmas,
New Year, Chinese New Year, etc, or on long weekends, black out period.
Q28. What happens if my visa is rejected and / or my passport is delayed due
to any procedural delays?
A28. In case you are not granted your visa and / or you did not get the visa
and / or your passport in time and if you have proof of the consulate
rejecting your visa, you may be able to shift to another tour of a similar
value. This will be subject to availability and this change should be at least
60 days prior to the departure of the tour. In case of visa rejection the
documentation amount is non-refundable. You will be given a choice to
travel on any holiday which does not require a visa (subject to availability)
from the list, upto 60 days prior to departure and will still be eligible for
your Free Holiday. If the change is less than 30 days prior to departure
date, then the transfer will not be allowed and you will not be entitled
to any benefit or amount in lieu thereof with this offer. The cancellation
charges listed in this booklet shall apply. The payment made towards the
foreign exchange component would be refunded at the bankers buying
rate prevailing on the date of signing of the cheque.
Q29. What if the visa of the Free 7 Night Stay in Switzerland offer is rejected?
A29. If the visa for the Free 7 Night stay in Switzerland tour is rejected then we
regret to inform that you will not be able to avail the said offer. There would
not be any refund or cash in lieu of the offer payable. Please refer to the point
in Q 27 the said policy will apply
Q30. What if Cox and Kings cancels my tour?
A30. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning
any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates /
tours.If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable, we would refund the
money paid by you. However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay
any compensation on or damages or consequential loss or to refund any
other expenses incurred by you. However, in the event of the Company
exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour / holiday advertised in their
Brochure / itinerary after it has been booked but prior to eparture, you shall
have the option to continue with the tour / holiday as amended or altered
or to accept any alternative tour / holiday, which the Company may offer.
In either of these above cases the ompany shall not be liable to you for any
damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by you or to pay
any amount as refund.
Please Note:
This condition does not apply due to cancellation of tours by the company
due to Force Majeure conditions.
Q31. What if I do not pay on time?
A31. If your full payment (reservation amount, booking amount, documentation
charges or full payment) is not received by the due date and / or you do
not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be
entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically
charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price
(with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your
full payments. If you do not wish to travel then, you will be subject to the
applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule.
Q32. What if I cancel my booking made under this Offer?
A32. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have done under this
Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges listed in this booklet
and you will not be eligible for this offer.
Step 4: Print out the Booking form and Terms and Conditions form and physically
sign the same.
Step 5: If you have only paid the token amount, then you must pay the interest free
non-refundable booking amount of ` 20,000 (for international holidays).
You must also pay the documentation amount which will vary as per the
destination. This payment must be made within 10 days from the date of
your booking. You will also have to submit your visa documents (only for
International Holidays).
Step 6: You have a choice on our website to courier the following documents
within 10 days to the address listed. Cox & Kings Limited, Attention:
Operations Manager Vaman Centre, B - Wing, Marol Makwana Road, Near
Marol Fire Brigade, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
a. If you have not paid the balance online, then issue a Cheque / Demand
draft in favour of Cox & Kings Ltd.
b. Physically signed booking form by the traveller.
c. Physically signed Terms and Conditions form by the traveller.
d. Filled and signed copy of your answers to the 3 questions & slogan by the
traveller.
e. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your passport.
f. Physically signed BTQ form by the traveller. (Only for international travel)
g. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like Telephone
Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc.
h. Visa documentation (only for international travel)
Step 7: The full and final balance amount can be paid online or offline, 45 days
prior to the departure date, to be eligible for this Offer. For tours to USA
and Australia New Zealand full and final balance amount to be paid atleast
60 days prior to the departure to be eligible for this Offer.
NOTE
If your balance payment reaches us after the due date or you have not followed
the payment deadlines as per the chart shown in Table B, you would no longer
be eligible for the Cox & Kings 10 Ka Josh Offer. You would automatically be
charged the regular brochure price or any current promotional price (with its
applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments.
On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full payment
you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid.
For ONLINE bookings, on the website via credit card, you will be able to view
the monies paid under the View Transaction listed on the site.
You will have to pay all bank charges including charges relating to cheque /
demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost.
The Courier charges will be applicable.
The Company reserves the right to decline your booking/s for any Tour or to
cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
In case of an international holiday, the prevailing rate of exchange on the date
of the transaction would be applicable.
Step 6: If you have only paid the Token reservation amount, then you must pay
the interest free non-refundable booking amount and the documentation
amount within 10 days from the date of your booking by cheque / demand
draft or cash.
Step 7: You have to visit the outlet where you had made your Reservation Amount
payment and submit all these documents listed below:
