(2) After preparation of charts, the user shall have to file online TDR for claiming refund. IRCTC
forward the case to concerned Zonal Railway on the basis of Customer request through EDR and
Enhancecoachingrefundsystem.TherefundcasewillbedecidedbyRailways.TheTDRcanbefiled
bythesameuserwhobookstheticket.AfterreceiptoftherefundamountfromRailway,itshallbe
