Hi Mr. HassingChris Candell, copied here, can be available as a witness for Suprema. He has informed me that he has already been
subpoenaed for a different matter that same day, but he has learned that that matter will likely be continued. If Mr.
Candell is unable to testify on Suprema's Hearing Date, Wednesday August 12th, I suggest we continue that portion of
the hearing until the next day when I believe Mr. Candell should be available. In regards to the rules for the appeal I
