1) What risks does Ms. Arbulu take in hiring Jose over


Verenice? And vice versa?
Jos hiring negatively affect the Miraflores Hotel, because it has no
references have good grades despite having studied at a good
university, not in the same category for you to supply a receiving
station, no account with labor or hotels or other institution
experience, just knowledge of their native language and no other
languages.
However, Verenice is a girl who has studied in Hotel and Tourism
Management, has work experience in the field and especially in the
position that is requesting the Hotel Miraflores. Also a part of their
native language, have knowledge of English, Spanish and Japanese,
which make it a suitable candidate for the position and who generate
high expectations for their managers and other hotel workers and
especially personal satisfaction.
2) According to modern recruitment criteria and what would
be best for the hotel as a business - which candidate should
be hired as the Front Desk Supervisor? Why?
It is very important to understand what you are looking for an
employee. It should create a profile that clearly describes the
requirements as studies, job functions, powers, the technical skills of
the person and any other aspect deemed appropriate in relation to
the
workplace
and
the
different
positions.
In this case the Hotel Miraflores would be advisable to hire the
Verenice Miss because it has all the requirements for recruitment
which would benefit the hotel, because it has remarkable work
experience and not be affected in training expenses in it as it would
be with Jose because no experience and would need more time to
train them and invest money and time into it what is not convenient
to
the
hotel
On the other hand it would be confusing work with friendship and
respect should not be so long as the recommendation is for a person
recommended by your skills and abilities, because in a time forward
could be confident Jose defraud and their family relationship Diaz
Delgado.
On the other hand, Jos to belong to the category of mechanical

of machinery.
3) If you were Ms. Arbulu and decided to hire Verenice, how
would you deal with Ms. Diaz Delgado?
At first perhaps there may be resentment and even take negative

Diaz Delgado was the best decision and it would be beneficial to both

the hotel and to all workers in the hotel. To show that it is necessary
