Committee: Human Rights Council

(1) Affirming the support of the international community;

(2)

(3) Convinced by the international cooperation of the countries;

(4)

(5) Alarmed by the problematic related with the climate change;

(6)

(7) Observing the different projects in favor of the environment;

(8)

(9) Taking note of the different opinions of the Human Rights Council;

(11) The Human Rights Council propose the next solutions:

(13) 1. Endorses regional-scaled agreements about sharing and cooperation on

alternative energies, in the case of

(14) countries in ways of development, with the support of wealthier countries and the
extend each delegation

(15) can, key to a more realistic implementation of these technologies

(17) 2. Encourages Member States to provide support to institutions which main

devote their efforts to the

(18) development of alternative energies to assist in their development, such as Public

Universities; scientific

(19) institutions and other related organizations.

(21) 3.Requests the consideration of economic policies which would boost the
expansion of alternative energies

according to each Member State, this to reduce the cost

(25) 4.Supports the reduction of non-renewable energy to renewable energy,

specifically in the case of fossilfuels,

(26) these would be gradually shifted to the production of other petroleum-derived

products of prime necessity.

(28) 5.Further the formation of an expert panel which can provide opinion on the
reduction of pollution in each

(29) country, according to each specific case, which made happen gradually.

(31) 6.Confirms it´s total intention to support educational-campaigns respectful with

the environment in schools

(32) to educate on proper practices of renewable and non-renewable sources of

energy, form kinder garden to

(33) superior studies.

(35) 7.Congratulates economically active industries which incline for the proper
practices of respect to the

(36) environment in the energy sources and encourages the granting of fiscal
incentives according to each State,

which can allowed to sustained the effort made and to be further increased.

(37) 8.Declares it’s interest in a Global Cap initiative to fusil fuel usage, where
countries which largely fossil fuel

(39) carbon dioxide emissions imposed themselves a gradually-reducing capacity,

allowed to increase their use until caps are leveled,

the environment and urge

(49) people to recycle and protect national parks and reserves.

(51) 11.Recognizes nuclear technology for power as available alternative energy

source, if used responsibly and

(52) acting under the regulations stated by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

(54) 12.Supports the implementation of no polluting transports using like an

alternative new transport

(55) technologies that no pollute the environment.
