Topic: Climate Change to present and future generations

Committee: Human Rights Council

(1) Affirming the support of the international community;

(2)

(3) Convinced by the international cooperation of the countries;

(5) Alarmed by the problematic related with the climate change;

(7) Observing the different projects in favor of the environment;

(9) Taking note of the different opinions of the Human Rights Council;

(11) The Human Rights Council propose the next solutions:

(13) 1. Endorses regional-scaled agreements about sharing and cooperation on


alternative energies, in the case of

(14) countries in ways of development, with the support of wealthier countries and the
extend each delegation

(15) can, key to a more realistic implementation of these technologies

(17) 2. Encourages Member States to provide support to institutions which main


devote their efforts to the

(18) development of alternative energies to assist in their development, such as Public


Universities; scientific

(19) institutions and other related organizations.

expansion of alternative energies

(36) environment in the energy sources and encourages the granting of fiscal
incentives according to each State,

(37) 8.Declares it’s interest in a Global Cap initiative to fusil fuel usage, where
countries which largely fossil fuel
