AutomaticQuantityExtraction
VisualEstimatinggeneratesobjectquantitiesdirectlyfromaBIMmodelinamatterofseconds.

BIMEstimatingwithNoPremappingsRequired
Visual Estimating performs cost estimating using either R. S. Means or any custom
Timberline database, while it doesnt require any premappings. Most CADestimating
software requires premappings between design objects and cost items. This manual
process has been proven to be ineffective because it requires tremendous time before
estimatingcanbestarted.Itisalsooftendifficulttopredictandstandardizedesignobject
types,resultinginbrokenlinks.WithVisualEstimating,BIMquantitiescanbedraggedand
dropped directly to cost assemblies. Therefore, whenever you have a Revit model, for
