This Company is recruiting the employees through reference


of the employees. And all the employees are selected on the
monthly basis. If the employees are not selected through reference
then company is recruiting the employees through advertisement in
the news paper also. The companys recruitment history shows this
is the best method of hiring quality staff. E.g. people living locally
and friends of existing employees.

Selection process
The first step of the selecting the employees is the aptitude test. After
completing the aptitude test the next step is the group discussion of 5 or
more employees. After the completion of group discussion the company
is taking the two interviews of the employees.

Training
This company gives training off the job training to the employees.
This includes a comprehensive training programmed for crew and
operations management and career progression that enables a first job
employee to progress through to a senior management position through
merit based promotions.

Performance appraisal
After the initial training period all employees receive
ongoing training. This is done using observation check
lists for the station they are working at. The rating will go
