The Gateway shall send the ORF^W02ÔRF_R04 message to report waveform results to the system
connected to the Gateway when in Unsolicited Results mode.
The SFT segment will be include by default.
The default segment grammar for this transaction shall be MSH [{SFT}] QRD {PID PV1 {OBR
[{OBX(CHN) OBX(TIM) OBX(WAV) [OBX(ANO)]}] OBR [{OBX}] }}
The eGateway shall follow the "Channel block" format specified by the HL7 2.5 standard for sending
waveforms.

2.1.1 QRD-1 Query Date/Time

QRD-1 shall be populated with the current date and time on the Panorama eGateway on messages sent by
the Panorama eGateway.
2.1.2 QRD-2 Query Format Code

In Meditech CS mode, the Panorama eGateway shall only process queries when QRD-2 is populated with
R.
In queried results mode, QRD-2 shall always be populated to D on reply messages sent by the Panorama
eGateway.

2.1.5 QRD-8 Who Subject Filter

The Panorama eGateway shall only utilize the first 15 characters of the QRD-8.1 "Patient ID" field.
The Panorama eGateway shall only utilize the first 15 characters of the QRD-8.2 "Given Name" field.
The Panorama eGateway shall only utilize the first 15 characters of the QRD-8.3 "Family Name" field.
The Panorama eGateway shall only process queries based on QRD-8 Who.
2.1.6 QRD-9 What Subject

The Panorama eGateway will only process queries when QRD-9.1 "Identifier" is populated with RES.
