Lesson Objective: To identify properties of medians and altitudes of a triangle.

The angles and sides of a triangle have special relationships that involve inequalities.

To identify rigid motions.
To find translation images of figures.

Essential Understanding:
You can change the position of geometric figure so that the angle measures and the
distance between any two points of a figure stay the same.

transformations
