DESCRIPTION OF COMPANY
I.

TRAINCO:

Traffic and urban infrastructure construction JSC (TRAINCO) is company which involves in
the field of investment - infrastructure construction, transportation construction and civil industrial construction.
TRAINCO was formed from organizational resource and from individuals in term of capital,
human resources and executive management experience
After 2 years of operating, TRAINCO has gradually gained experience through these
following activities:
- Investment in real estate projects and urban infrastructure projects.
- Transport infrastructure construction.
- Investment in construction of offices, rental housing.
- Civil and industrial construction
- Other commercial activities.
TRAINCO has marked its position in a national scale project, in the field which company
has been engaged, expressing through some representative projects such as:
1. Civil and industrial construction project:
- Office buildings TRAINCO - Thanh Hai, the 159C De Tham Street, District 1, HCMC;
- Residental II A - waterfront residential located in District 7
2. Traffic infrastructure construction projects:
- Technical Infrastructure Vinh Loc A Residential area - HCMC.
- Technical Infrastructure of high-tech agriculture zone accumulated about 1,300 hecta in Binh
Thuan province.
3. Infrastructure investment projects:
- Investment in business projects of construction in Vinh Loc A, HCMC.
- Invest in contructing the plant processing factory in Dong Nai province.
- Research investment BT (build- transfer) in project of Road 15B and Warehouse B (Nha Be
district, HCM City).
- Research investment BOT ( build- operate -transfer) in project of Station at 41st Km, Long
Thanh- Dau Giay highway
